Have been taking cars to Courtesy over 12years. We have a 2001 CL -GREAT car, but aging, and needs help on occasion. Most recently-the battery was getting weak, and we had a leaking front tire. Lorenzo offered to repair the tire - to see if we could stop the leak. Unfortunately, it kept leaking - and the tires wwere less than a year old. He worked it so that we only had to buy2 new tires. Secondly -when the battery replacement started, we found bad cables. This was unforeseen, and I needed my car....Lorenzo offered a loaner so I would not be carless. I love that they are always willing to help the customer. Secondly -I love the courtesy ride program - they are always there for you - and Chewy remembered me from my last visit -and took me to work without asking directions the second time! Makes you feel pretty good. More
