Took my 2005 MDX in for it's 90,000 mile service yesterday. Sandy Santori is awesome, always taking the time to explain everything that is going to be done including the cost. I always take my 2008 TL in for service, Sandy and Michelle are the greatest help. They always inform me of what is going on with my TL as well as make suggestion on upcoming repairs. I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change. Even though this was a basic service and I was using a coupon, the Service Dept. still gave my car a complimentary wash, vacuum and window cleaning...they though this was a basic service and I was using a coupon, the Service Dept. still gave my car a complimentary wash, vacuum and window cleaning...they even used Armor All on the tires! Michelle was thorough when we went through the inspection sheet and took time to discuss the new NSX and that Acura is planning 6 new models over the next few years. Great customer service will keep me coming back. More
After having the worst morning with my car (car still running with the keys out, and my 18mo locking herself in it), I took my car to Courtesy Acura to have it checked out. Went in for the usual oil change. Asked them to check the battery, as there had been a slight hesitation in starting. After I went to the lounge (which is quite nice and has great amenities: coffee, tea, water, soda, cookies, fruit, granola bars, etc) to wait for my car, I was only there about 10 minutes when Lorenzo came in to tell me it was indeed the battery and he showed me the print-out of the test which barely registered. The battery was replaced and oil changed all within an hour. Courtesy Acura has always been the best dealer I've ever used for serving my 2006 Acura TL (bought the car there also). More
