Leo's the Man! My new RDX was in dire need of a bath after its first road trip so I popped over to the dealership. Service took the car right in to get washed. Meanwhile, Leo patiently answered all my questions on how to use certain technology on the vehicle that I hadn't learned previously. Some of it I had, but who can remember all that new stuff at once! He even taught me some things I didn't even know to ask about. I really appreciate his initiative to make me aware of something I'd never have known to question. The icing on the cake was that when my car was ready, there was still a few bugs stuck in the grill and without hesitation Leo said "I'll go wash it again for you!" Wow! Leo went above and beyond his concierge services in my opinion. Thank you Leo! More
