Fantastic Customer Service I brought my MDX in for an oil change and recall. But, my phone had to be reset a week prior and would no longer pair with the blue tooth in the car, even when I followed the instructions. Great Service Experience with Matt I purchased a certified used Acura MDX which I absolutely love. It was making a funny noise so I took it into the dealership. Unfortunately the noise I purchased a certified used Acura MDX which I absolutely love. It was making a funny noise so I took it into the dealership. Unfortunately the noise was thought to caused by an issue not under warranty. After paying to fix the noise, it still persisted. I took it back to the dealership and Matt took great care of me. He investigated the noise further, had me test drive with a service technician and ultimately made the service experience fair. Matt was incredibly friendly, welcoming and dependable. I was on the verge of not returning to Courtsey Acura BUT will now be a lifelong customer because I know value that they place on customer service and getting it right. Thanks Matt! More
