I had a great experience with the Kia team Jon Falls has went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. He even came to my wife's work since they do not have a shuttle service and picked up our vehicle for a detail and oil change. I absolutely love my 2022 Kia Sorento plug in hybrid. We average 100 miles per gallon with a third row seating. We love the fact the car drives itself. Thanks Kia for selling me the best car I ever had. More
Staff were very friendly. However, I scheduled service for an safety recall (2) affecting the HECU/ ABS system. It was time for an oil change and inspection so I requested those and I requested a tire rep for an safety recall (2) affecting the HECU/ ABS system. It was time for an oil change and inspection so I requested those and I requested a tire repair. Their inspection revealed that the rear brake pads needed replacement so I agreed to that. My bill came to $560. I paid it and got in my car only to find that the ABS, traction control and tire pressure lights are still illuminated on the dash. I was at lunch and could not address it right then but I called and they said I could bring it back in to see what the problem is. I brought it back today and they promptly took it back to the service bay. I waited 20 mins and then I was informed that they do not know what the problem but they guarantee me it is not under warranty and wanted $140 just to diagnose why the lights are still on. I took it to Autozone and they plugged it in and came back with 6 trouble codes all having to do with the HECU and rear speed wheel sensors signal. They printed it off, I went home and spent 20 minutes doing an internet search to find KIA's internal tech docs addressing the codes I am getting. On top of all of this, my car ran smoothly when I took it in there but now it runs rough at an idle and it makes slight whining noise that seems to come from the rear of the vehicle as I am driving down the road. I was very pleased to see how friendly and attentive the staff seem to be but very disappointed that they did $560 worth of work on the very things I still have trouble codes for and will not even give me their assessment of the ongoing issue without another $140 just to say what the problem is and how much more they would charge to fix it. Do they wonder why people have such a low opinion of dealership service departments? Staff = Wonderful but Service Policies = Horrible. More

I’m 60yrs old and been buying cars for years. This has been the worst experience of my life. Dishonest. Watch for the bait and switch. Buyer beware! Make sure you look at everything carefully in daylight. been the worst experience of my life. Dishonest. Watch for the bait and switch. Buyer beware! What an unbelievable waste of time. My daughter went to the dealership because of course you MUST come in to get the deal we were promised on the phone. Apparently, if these people are to be believed the c the dealership because of course you MUST come in to get the deal we were promised on the phone. Apparently, if these people are to be believed the car was already sold or moved to another dealership at least five days ago.Of course, they were not sure for the first 90 minutes while you sit around wasting your time. The sales fella was new and clueless. The sales manager was very courteous and tried to be helpful by finding another car. As you might guess this vehicle was more than $1000 above what we had agreed on over the phone. So all in all a complete waste of time. Not a chance of ever going back there. More
2021 Kia Stinger GT1 purchase: First, I would like to say that Marlon Morris did a great job as our salesman. He was friendly and kept his composure throughout the entire process. However, his leadership has that Marlon Morris did a great job as our salesman. He was friendly and kept his composure throughout the entire process. However, his leadership has failed him. It is their job to ensure that each salesperson is knowledgeable and qualified to sell every Kia car on their lot. Secondly, communication is critical when more than one person is involved with the sale. The customer should not be receiving calls from various people from the dealership about the same issue...left hand needs to know what the right hand is doing. Its frustrating to the customer and embarrassing to the dealership...lacks professionalism. The salesman should be the POC until they hit finance.. Thirdly, integrity and ethics go a long ways. Customers do not like to be mislead or lied to. Once a verbal agreement is reached on the the sale and the program options, they should not be changed or taken away without communicating with and receiving approval from the customer. Fourth and final issue, Friendliness from the entire team regardless if the customer is being difficult...its their money and 5-7 years that they will be stuck with this deal good or bad. The old saying is that the customer is always right...not true but they should be treated as if they are and there are ways to do that while maintaining a good attitude, being friendly, and staying professional. As a current owner of several Mercedes, I guess we were a little spoiled by the level of professionalism, integrity, and quality personnel. Everyone from the Salesperson, Service Mgr, Finance Mgr, and GSM would make it a point to to come talk to you during this process. No one from Mercedes was rude or acted as if they were doing us a favor. A lot could be learned and should be if you are going to compete with a high end auto company. More
I went into the dealership a little before 5 with the intention of just window shopping. A very nice salesman named Trey greeted me just as I got out or my SUV. He brought me into the office and asked intention of just window shopping. A very nice salesman named Trey greeted me just as I got out or my SUV. He brought me into the office and asked me a few questions. I explained what I was looking for and what I didn't want. He listened and took some information down. He came back and said let's go take a look at some cars. The first car he showed me was everything I asked for. Less than an hour later I was driving off the lot with the best car I've ever had. The entire experience was great! Tray listened to me and got me exactly what I asked for. I COULD NOT ask for a better experience or salesman!! This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Thanks Kia Courage and Trey Odom!!! More
