The people here are fantastic - love doing business with them and have referred multiple people to them for buying a car. BUT, their service department is incredibly slow. Whatever package we got with my van includes oil changes for a period of time so of course I want to utilize this - first oil change took 4 HOURS - mind you, I had a 2.5 year old at the time and was without a car. So this week it was time for another oil change - I now have an almost 3 year old so I called and asked how I could be sure that I wouldn’t be stranded without a car for 4 hours WITH an appointment - she told me to book the first appointment of the day so they wouldn’t be behind schedule. I booked 7:00am, was the first to arrive at 6:58am - WITH my 3 year old - and it still took right at 2 hours to get my oil changed. I truly just don’t understand what takes so long. They are so kind, but my word they are so slow. It almost makes me feel as though they purposefully do this so that you won’t use this service (since I’m not paying for it per apt). Super aggravating. More
