We had a great experience in looking for the vehicle we wanted. There was no pressure and the sales people said come find them when we were ready. Paperwork went great and we were able to get to the price we liked and felt comfortable with. We did leave while car was being moved. Once the car arrived there at the dealership there were several delays and we waited over and hour for the car to be cleaned and fueled. We were told 30 minutes. Our salesperson was helping another customer and was not able to assist us. We finally reached out and were assured by the General Manager who was apologetic The long wait was frustrating due to the lack of communication. We did not realize until we got home that we received no paperwork on the sale of the vehicle . More

The short answer is, 'Just buy your Kia here! ' But really, I'm 67 years old, and have purchased more vehicles over the years than I could hope to remember. These guys (and gals) are different. There seems to be genuine care taken, but without that fake feel that seems to permeate most dealerships. Dan, the GM seems more like a school teacher than a car dealer. ..and he puts himself out on the floor instead of hiding in some dark, decision-making chamber in the back of the store. Our salesperson, Dijuan, reflects that same persona. The next time we're in the market for a car, if we're looking at the Kia brand, we'll go out of our way to shop at Courage, without a doubt. More

I would give them zero stars if I could. They could not have provided worse service when we had issues with our Kia. We took in our 2019 Kia Sedona for repair. They immediately told us it ne They could not have provided worse service when we had issues with our Kia. We took in our 2019 Kia Sedona for repair. They immediately told us it needed a completely new engine to the tune of $13000. They charged us two diagnostic fees even though they only quoted us one (I had it in writing in an email from them). This van was only 12,000 miles past the warranty. They did absolutely nothing to help and went as far as to charge us twice when they didn't need to even though they knew we were in a very tough spot. To top it all off, very shortly after we got an email with a quote for a $13,000 repair, a salesman called us trying to sell us a new car. So shady. Would not recommend at all. More
