They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I actually understood what I was signing and agreeing to instead of just rushing me through it. As a young woman buying a car, I definitely went in knowing it can be easy to get talked into things or feel like you don’t have much control over the process. I never felt that way at Courage Kia. They made me feel like I was in the driver’s seat (literally) and that the decision was completely mine.
