First time customer and it will be the last. Had to tow my car there. I had heard their phone system is terrible and the service techs and manager of the dealership are all unreachable, but I ha Had to tow my car there. I had heard their phone system is terrible and the service techs and manager of the dealership are all unreachable, but I had no choice but to go there. It is true about the phone system. My experience in 2024 is that the service department is paid on commission. They gave me high priced "recommendations" that they said are vital but my Lexus dealership and the internet both warn against these very recommendations. They did not truly look at the vehicle and diagnose the true issue. I made it clear that I am a full time unpaid volunteer and cannot do any repair that is not vitally necessary, but they went ahead and charged me for services I did NOT agree to. My car bill was $1550 and they returned my car with the engine warning light still on! I had to contact them for a refund and they did not refund it all as they should have. Fortunately I am part of a large collaboration of area churches and I am making the "recommmendation" to stay away from County Ford. More
Looked at a used vehicle the salesman (Tony) really did not know much about it like other salespeople we have dealt with. But Tony was reasonably nice. After looking the vehicle over, we found it was false not know much about it like other salespeople we have dealt with. But Tony was reasonably nice. After looking the vehicle over, we found it was falsely advertized and Mr Fadi Bekhet wanted to stand us down that this 2019 4Runner was a TRD package when we even pointed out the CARFAX showed it was a SR5. The only TRD on the vehicle was the center caps on the wheels. Even the side of the vehicle had XP and not TRD. What an insult to a customer's intelligence. Sorry, we weren't born yesterday and obviously know more about the 4Runner than these sales staff members. I would go elsewhere if you are looking for a vehicle that isn't a Ford. Maybe they would know about the Ford vehicles better......but I wouldn't give them a penny of my money. More
