Yesterday's experience was typical of all of my servicing visits. The work is always very competently completed, the people at the desk and in the shop always explain thoroughly and thoughtfully what needs to be done, answer all of my questions, and the costs of service are competitive. Yesterday, in particular, without my asking, the service department applied $88 in rewards benefits to my bill.
