After receiving an email from John Vanik regarding my current interest rate, I went into Continental for an oil change and came out two days later with a brand new 2017 Murano. Working with a friendly staff, who are warm and welcoming to their costumers, makes car shopping easy and enjoyable. Without feeling overly pressured, I was able to leave feeling assured I made the right decision. I would certainly recommend John, Tim, Ben, Erick and the rest of the staff. Thorough and Friendly Brought my 07 Murano in for a check up/oil change. Paul Ruilova greets me by name and is always so pleasant and easy to work with. When it was discovered that they needed to keep my car overnight as a part needed had to be ordered, Paul explained what was going on, took me back to meet with the technician (David Brongiel). David showed me the cracked coolant bottle and resulting leakage. He also replaced the front brake pads and rotors. Paul then quickly and efficiently got a loaner for me and I was on my way. Paul called early the next morning to let me know my car was ready! Returned the loaner, picked up my car and it couldn't have been easier! More
