We decided on Continental because Mack was congenial and extremely knowledgeable about his product line and during our two test drives answered all of our questions concerning the car and service after the sale. Also we were impressed with fact that Continental was the only dealer in Illinois to win Nissan's Owner First Award nine years in a row. We were also very happy that Mac came to the table (without any negotiating) with the best out the door price. After owning the car for two weeks we returned to the dealership with a written list of questions about the car and it's maintenance. Each question was answered completely and to our satisfaction. I bought a used car and was very disappointed in the service after I purchased the car. I had the car less then a week and was hearing a high pitched whistling noise every time i drove the car 30mph and service after I purchased the car. I had the car less then a week and was hearing a high pitched whistling noise every time i drove the car 30mph and above. I called them and informed them of the problem. I took it in to have them look at it and they told me the noise was coming from the sunroof, was normal and there was nothing they could do about it. I of course was unhappy about this, since it is not normal to hear that kind of noise everytime you drive your car. I took it to another dealer and then found the problem to be with the side mirror. The mirror was not put on properly leaving a gap, which caused the noise. I told nissan about this and they would still not help me. I had to get it fixed myself and only had the car a week. I also had to have the oil changed after three weeks and the salesman told me that had been done and would not have to worry about it for 3000 miles. I also need to replace the windshield wipers. I wanted to get door guards put on because I noticed the doors were chiped and he quoated me a price of $250, which he told me was discounted because I have a two door, however I again took it to another dealer and they gave me a price of $55-60. I was very unhappy with service after the car was purchased. I will never take my car back there, nor will I recommond this dealer to anyone. More

I had the best car buying experience by far using Continental Nissan. They were very patient with us while we discussed the deal and making our decision. Ben was very easy to deal with and not pushy like most car salesmen could be. I especially appreciated their honorable nature with deals; if they agree with a deal, they will stick with it no matter what. We were fortunate that a slight mistake was made in our favor and they still kept the final deal valid when other dealerships would normally say, "Sorry, a mistake was made so the deal is off." Even without the slight mistake, their deals are far superior than any other dealership we checked out and we do some shopping before we purchase a new vehicle. By far, they deserve all the awards they achieve. More
