I purchased two vehicles from this location, and up to this point I have been happy with my experiences. However this last experience with this particular salesmen left me feeling not so happy. I came in to trade one of my vehicles due to an offer received in the mail to upgrade. At first everything seemed to go well. I was approved and I decided on my upgrade vehicle. For about a week I was told that the car I wanted wasn't available. All the while, when I would ask about specifics of my trade and financing, my salesperson wouldnt provide details. Also, the customer service was lacking. My previous experiences were great. Long story short, I finally was told that my low miles 09 had a gap and that if I want to closed the gap I would need to look into a higher pr iced vehicle with a higher payment and put down 2, 000 I could then get my upgrade. I feel Ziad should have been up front with numbers , and not waste my time. Because I have two vehicles purchased with this dealership, I felt like all he had to was just be up front. I am not going to trade a vehicle, put down 2000, and then py a higher car payment. If he would have told me this up front, I would walked out on day one. My time is valuable and I give a lot a money each month to Nissan. I will continue to get free car washes, but I may have to take my maintenance business elsewhere. I just don't feel the same after this experience. Just be up front with the numbers with next customer, and don't waste people's time. Also, call when you say you are going to call. I would only recommend this location based on my other two experiences. If you are steered to this salesperson, get your numbers up front. More
My brother has been going to this dealer for years, so he recommended that I buy from them. I shopped around and saw that they had a ton of maximas. I spoke to Patrick who introduced me to Roy as my sales rep. I drove two cars and immediately loved the 09 maxima. My credit rating was less than perfect, but they were able to get me financed with an affordable payment. Everyone at continental cares, everyone!! There wasn't a minute that went by that I felt that they were trying to hustle me or beat me out of extra money, etc... No pushy salesmen either, they were just helpful. Not your traditionional dealership! ALL Managers are out in the lobby not hiding in their offices. Great place to buy a car! More
We purchased a used car from Continental Nissan that we saw online. We called about it and Matt Klein called us back about it. The vehicle we purchased fell within their 30 day/1,000 mile warranty and when we took the car home, it was making a noise at the front tires. My husband said it was the brakes and so we took the car back and although their mechanic disagreed with us on what was left on the brakes, Matt made sure to make it right on our behalf and they put on new rotors and pads. Because of what he did, I would definitely go back and recommend this dealership. It's not always the "name", but the people who work in it that bring people back and Matt definitely did that for us. I would like to break this review into two sections, sales and financing. Sales: Matt Klien was great. He did everything he said he would and was very friendly and easy to talk to. Bought a new car and am very happy with it. Finance: BUYER BEWARE!! I was transferred to Gene to complete the financing of my car. I thought everything from this point would be smooth, but in fact, Gene is a swindler. I was told the extended warranty would not add to my loan (included) other than 750 dollars (gap insurance). When I looked at my contract I was charged for 750 (gap insurance) but ALSO 4 grand for extended warranty. Never have I seen a loan interest rate that was tied to me buying the car dealership extended warranty. In order for me to get a lower interest rate and a simple loan, Gene told me I had to buy the extended warranty from him. Otherwise I would have a higher interest rate (1/2 percent more) and a amortization loan (penalty for prepay and have to pay all interest back). I knew all along that this was a lie, but went along with it to get the lower interest rate. 2 weeks after the loan processed, I came pack to return the extended warranty. Gene had threatened that my loan rate would increase, when in fact I spoke to the bank before going back to Gene and they told me that the bank had nothing to do with extended warranty and interest rates and no car loan could be a amortization loan. This was a pure lie on GENE's part to get the warranty sold. When I went to return the warranty, Gene told me he worked hard to make sure the interest rate would not change. Total xx. Again, BUYER BEWARE OF FINANCING. If this happens to you, tell Gene to forget the deal. Go somewhere else. BTW: It takes 90 days for the refund to post to my account-my guess is- GENE got his commission from the extended warranty sale. More
I went to this dealership to trade my three-year-old car for another used car. The salesman that I had previously worked with was no longer with the dealership, so I got stuck with Tim Duda, who must have for another used car. Within just a couple minutes of talking to him, I wanted to walk out. I actually did get up and leave after he gave me an insultingly lowball number for my trade (60% lower than his own black book suggested, and $5,500 less than a competing dealer ended up paying me outright for my car). He chased me down and somehow convinced me to talk with him some more. He continued to completely disregard what kind of car I was looking for and steered me towards a few clunkers which were not at all what I wanted. He wasn't listening to a word that I was saying. What really got me, though, was his complete ignorance to the entire situation and pretending to not understand why I wasn't happy with our discussion so far. Either he's very very dense, or just a jerk. Further, the lied to me about what the current (black book) trade in value was(I had access to a current black book - the same one he was using). Either he thought I was an idiot, or saw it as a challenge to try to pull one over on me. I had to get out of there and wash my hands I felt so gross after dealing with him. Experiences like this with people like Tim Duda are what give car salesmen a bad name. I ended up selling my car to another dealer, and buying my new car from someone else as well. More

We saw the SUV advertised online and made an inquiry. He answered all of our questions and concerns and walked s through the entire purchaseing process. The SUV was clean and ready for pick-up when he said that it would be. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and we were treated exceptionally well by Matthew and would hope to deal with him in the future. We were pleased with the price of the vehicle but thought that the extended warranty was a little high. More

Matt also helped me compare their Juke to other ones at other dealerships that I was looking at. He was very knowledgeable about the car and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. The whole purchase process very very quick and painless. Matt also checked up on me and my purchase the next day. All in all I had a great experience with Matt Klein and Continental Nissan. Also, anyone looking at a Nissan Juke.... I LOVE IT!! :) very happy with all parts of my purchase. More
Matt was really great. Pretty laid back and easy to work with, i did enjoy him as a sales person. I do have to say i'm a little disappointed that i dropped 21,000 on a truck and the dealer didn't fill u with, i did enjoy him as a sales person. I do have to say i'm a little disappointed that i dropped 21,000 on a truck and the dealer didn't fill up the tank with enough gas to make it the 30 miles home. The low fuel light came on and i had to fill up at 10:30 after leaving the dealer. More
