This post goes out to all surrounding areas within this dealership. (I'm pausing my voice saying slowly ....Please, Please, Please ) take note and heed to this post , especially the African American commun dealership. I have never in my years of living experience such racism , lies and disrespect. I'm on Social Security Disability, it took me 1 year 8 months to save $4000.00 and of course they said they needed it all for my down payment. I got the best vehicle I could find based on my credit. 2020 Enclave that had been sitting there for over 8 months at full price . This car I brought for my wife and 3 small children. The salesman had been driven the vehicle everyday for 2 weeks before I purchased it. I got to Countryside Jackson 1 hour before closing drove the vehicle pointed out a few things and asked for an extra key. Remember this part. Noticing they agreed to the key on paper but not the work to the vehicle on paper stating they would fix it by mouth. Deal done, they close . They give me a key , I walk out front to a dirty vehicle with zero gas. ( Saleman says come Monday we will get you gas and a wash. Monday come they tell me Wednesday. Wednesday come they say Friday.......finally I go there and fuss about the transmission slipping and back seat AC control panel not working . They finally they say leave it . They give me a loaner , dirty with no gas. Next day they call and say , bring the loaner back after I filled up and washed it, saying they got it sold. They give me another vehicle, again dirty no gas . They keep my vehicle over 1 month . I go check on it and it's not at Cronic like they agreed . I look for the vehicle location through Onstar and it's at a uncertified Gmc side mechanic shop . I tell Chuck Webb and he says " I Qoute , what the xxxx you care , it's getting fixed . I was furious, my wife get the car back and 1 in a half month later, while I'm attending a funeral in the loaner they provided . They asked my location I told them and I would return the vehicle afterwards Chuck Webb said no, then sent the Sherrif at me to a funeral to pick up the loaner. I went later to discuss the matter about the vehicle not being fixed and Chuck Webb stating and I quote " I don't give a xxxx get you a lawyer" . Mind you he quit and not for that reason. So I fast forward today . Jim Ellis fixed some problems that came out of my pocket. The warranty they sold me was a dud not covering anything but engine, power train NO ELECTRONIC etc. ...remember the key. They gave me the run around for 9 months to say they never agreed to a key . I called and told them I have the we owe documentation. At that time I was told the deal expired and now they can only pay 300 bucks . Well I paid the other 300 and change for the key out my social security check. Oh and the key they gave me was never cut for the door so I paid for that as well along with the rear AC control panel . Word I got is they treat all African American people this way as well as Low income whites. Don't shoot the messenger. I'm out of thousands dealing with this racist dealership. Stay away. Even the salesman that sold me the vehicle left. It's so much more to this story ....like they told me they fixed the brakes . No They turned the rotor and put the same used brake pads back on the vehicle. I should not need new brake pads now. And they claimed they lined up my vehicle. They didn't, this lie causesd my tires to be bad...... STAY AWAY PEOPLE, UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY!!!! From Rance D Benton More

I have been driving for 42 years and this was the best buying experience I have ever had. My husband (who detests car salesmen as a rule) could not have been more pleased. I bought a car from Countryside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in October 2022, and the experience was pretty good. Other than some price discrepancies, the whole sale went pretty smoothly. This time the experience was a nightmare. Calls were not returned, commitments were not fulfilled, and the whole experience was a trainwreck. After pulling our credit, I was quoted one monthly payment, and when it came to signing papers, it was actually higher. We finally agreed and signed for a vehicle. Out of a hunch, I decided to do a VIN check. I found the car had been in a severe front-end collision that caused significant damage, and the airbag was deployed. The damage was so bad they sold a 2022 Durango RT plus at wholesale as near totaled car. I have pics and documents to prove it. When I canceled the sale and requested another vehicle, I was told it would be a priority to find us the new car we wanted. The following day calls went unreturned, emails went unreturned, and I did get anyone to respond until I called the sales manager. After speaking to the sales manager, he stated he found a car, but the interest rate would be 5 points higher than quoted initially. I stopped doing business with them asap. I applied for credit through a 3rd party lender, and the interest rate returned even lower than the original 8%. Please don't do business with them unless you want to lose money and time. I'm filing complaints with Consumer Protection Division at the Georgia Department of Law, BBB, and every other consumer protection group. More
Went in to look at a pick up truck for my trip to Mexico. Jacob was very friendly and a great person to work with. Worst experience, I bought a used Lexus from this dealer, car had no brakes no router and bad tires spoke to Tim, he referred me to Andrew he referred me to Jimmy, who wanted $300+ to replace the brakes and car had no brakes no router and bad tires spoke to Tim, he referred me to Andrew he referred me to Jimmy, who wanted $300+ to replace the brakes and routers. Bad tires leave me sitting on a street corner. All these things I pointed out to the sales person before taking the car from location. It will know cost me close to $800 for repairs. They had no knowledge of implied warranty. More
This. Company operates without integrity to the words that come out of their mouths. They are only concerned with sales and not customer service. They don’t care about what they represent too the custome that come out of their mouths. They are only concerned with sales and not customer service. They don’t care about what they represent too the customer as long as who ever walks on the lot first leaves with whatever vehicle is there whether it was promised to a customer who is waiting for the vehicle to come out of service. No communication with the customer. Will never visit this location again. Would go to California to get a vehicle than to deal with a company that has no integrity. very poor csr- i purchased a used vehicle from them in Oct 2020. Apparently, they don't mind selling a car, that has recalls on the clutch manual transmission. They sold me a Lemon car, and got away with it! More
Exceptional Overall service I live about 200 miles from this dealership. We were looking for a specific Jeep (miles, color, etc) and found one online at this dealership. I called and told them my scenario, that I would travel if the price was in a range. Simply asked for the best they could do out the door. Within 10 minutes, they called back with a negotiated price that was very close to my range. They then were willing to save the vehicle for me while I traveled to come look at it. Every person at this dealership was super friendly, down to earth, and gave no pushy attitudes or arrogance. Having been in business for 20 plus years and having had a father in the car business for over 40, I understand good personal service and the value of just being a real person when it comes to selling a car. The guys at Countryside were exceptional at this. I never felt any sort of pressure and got all my questions answered transparently. I would recommend them 100% and would look to them first if I were to buy another Jeep. More

We have had trouble with it cut running several times one on i75 she was almost rear ended by tractor trailer. I had in shop 2 times last time they had to add oil I have called and left messages with no return phone calls so I called jeep and filed complaint also perusing lemon law. It’s a same paying 500.00 dollars a month for a Jeep my wife can No longer enjoy I will never do business with these folks again . Harold Sharpton More
