It's nice that they always have availability around my work schedule. I arrived, they greeted me at the door, and the shuttle driver had us on the road within 5 minutes. My salesman who I bought the car from also checked in with me! When my car was ready, as promised, by my lunch break, the shuttle picked me up and my car had a complimentary "bath" too. Tom has great attention to detail, and I love coming here! More

Job Well Done Took my vehicle in for a safety recall ( it passed, so didn't need any work done). Upon walking in the day I was greeted by a friendly worker. Paperwork was processed quickly, took a seat in the comfortable waiting room ( equipped with a tv, coffee, snacks and a arcade machine). Before I knew it, my vehicle was ready. But they made sure they would fix and did so,,,but not only did they make good on there promise but also above and beyond as they fixed addition damage not related to the bumper and covered all. More

Service department needs work. I talk to the service manger to advise him that my partner would be coming in for a an appointment with a coupon. When she got there the service rep would not take the coupon. Then, he took the coupon & still wanted her to pay $25.00 for a free service with the coupon.
