Great Dealership I have purchased two cars from Country Hyundai and each time was a good experience. Service time is average but overall a good dealership to buy a new or used vehicle. More
Made things easy! My vehicle was recently making noises that I couldn't identify so I wanted to get it in to be looked at. Scott went out of his way to bring my car in for repairs and return it to me so that I didn't have to miss work in order for the brakes and rotors to be replaced. Turnaround time was great and it couldn't have been easier. This is the kind of experience that makes me return to Country Hyundai. Thanks Scott! More
Oil Service Plus I went to have my oil service done and upon checking in they performed an unexpected car alignment and informed me that my rear alignment was off. Sar I went to have my oil service done and upon checking in they performed an unexpected car alignment and informed me that my rear alignment was off. Sara asked if I wanted it corrected and they would do it after my oil servicing was done. Two hours after oil servicing was done I was still waiting for an alignment to be done . I had to cancel the alignment as I was told there was still some cars in front of mine and my wife had a drs. appointment in a half Hour and needed the car. I cancelled the alignment and was told they could take me the next day. Sara apologized and compensated me for my inconvenience . My alignment was taken care of the next day. It was great to be compensated for but it had taken another day and time out of my day to get taken care of. I was thankful for Sara and the way she handled the situation. Thank You Sara! More

I love the 2016 Elantra GT, and the service at Country Hyundai. Here's how the Service Department Rolls: I procrastinated about making a service appointment. Then, on a Saturday morning while at work I tried to make an appointment online for the same day. The website showed no slots open. Should have expected that since I did not plan ahead. But, just to make sure, I called the service department, and I got a friendly guy on the line who got me in at noon. I was amazed enough with that, but that was not all. Sara was very pleasant and told me it would be about an hour. I thought to myself "sure, no way" but I went out and got some lunch at Burger King, killed some time noodling around on my cell phone, and moseyed back to Country Hyundai about 50 minutes later. There was my car parked outside, all done! So, you guys were accommodating, friendly and efficient. Well done! More

Their waiting room is always clean and coffee and snacks are provided. It's a pleasure for me to take the half hour trip to Country Hyundai because of the great service I receive everytime I go. More

Engine Check Light I brought my car in because the 'check engine light' was on. Tom Sadowski was very friendly and so helpful, come to find out it was just my gas cap, t I brought my car in because the 'check engine light' was on. Tom Sadowski was very friendly and so helpful, come to find out it was just my gas cap, that I was not turning to the 'click'. A lesson learnt!
