However, I took the time to review your complaint and the last communication we received from you was an email stating how happy you were with your vehicle purchase. We are unsure what has happened since then? Many of the communication we received from you thanked our dealership for our hard work. We are unsure if this is now a case of buyer’s remorse? Unfortunately, you cannot return a car after more than 5 months of ownership and driving. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at the dealership.

You disgust me. - This is my response to someone at this dishonest dealerships response to my original post (they don't even have the decency to name themselves). Here is a copy of their words to me which are completely untrue: Hi Charles, I am very sorry to hear this. Another question for you 'anonymous' person(s): How do you get 'more than 5 months of ownership and driving' when the first time I set foot in your slimy store was last October! Use your fingers and count with me please. October is one month (although not one entire month if I was not there on the 1st). November makes 2 months. December makes 3 months. And January will make 4 months (although it is not over yet as of the time of this message either). So... you are an outright liar.

Also, if 'over 5 months' is such a big deal to you then why are you dishonest enough to sell me a 2012 model, near the end of 2013 and call it 'NEW'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You would be a perfect politician, whoever you are, coward.

Another note, and these are my 'many' communicationS (notice the 's' on the end that spell check won't catch, but you should re-read what you type before you send it). I am NOT happy with this vehicle. It is financed with a company I HATE, namely w.f. (can you figure out that abbreviation?) AND the payments and interest are much higher than the payments and interest on my other 2 cars which are financed with credit unions. Not only that but the other two cars get better fuel economy and are more comfortable AND one of them is not even a hybrid! Also, I repeat, I told your finance manager that I would ONLY accept financing through a credit union. The fact is that I did NOT sign the papers, someone else did (since you like to remain anonymous, they can too).

You are unsure what happened! That's a lie. Do you not recall my numerous calls to you about the window tinting, and the license plate? And how I ended up taking the car myself, at my own expense and time, to have the windows tinted at the place of your choosing??? Selective amnesia??? Also, I told you that you must put a disabled veteran plate on the car just as my vehicles licensed in Florida have, and YOU ASSURED ME THAT YOU WOULD AND THAT WOULD BE NO PROBLEM but, again, you lied to us.

Learn English. There is a big difference in meaning between 'cannot' and 'will not'. You say you 'cannot return a car after more than 5 months...' (but, as you know, I have not even been to your dealership the first time that long ago, let alone had the car that long, and we rarely drive it either). I CAN do a lot of things, but that does not mean I WILL. That is the same for you. You CAN take this car back. The question is 'WILL YOU'. It is not whether you can or cannot. Learn proper language please and stop lying and deceiving people.

Heather- It took a week for you to initially follow up with me after the incident, and then after we finally spoke on Thursday, 8/15 , you stated that you were unable to respond due to leaving work and would follow up with me within a few days. I finally heard from you via email in the afternoon a week and a half later on Monday, 8/26. 24 hours later, you posted my PRIVATE CONTACT INFORMATION on this site, against Dealerrater.com's policy, and I had them remove it immediately. My husband spoke yesterday to both Alex Miller, Finance Director, and Mike Paquette, Sales Manager, about your completely inappropriate behavior and that we do not ever want to be contacted by your business again. I rejected the offer of the first free service the first time it was offered to me by Mike, and will not accept it from you. I will reiterate to you, please do not ever contact me again in any capacity.
