I sent no such email stating I was happy with the vehicle purchase. And you go on to say that 'many' of the 'communication' (should have an 's' on the end, by the way) you received from me thanked your dealership for your hard work. Do you ever stop lying??? My concern is that there are people like you in the world. You disgust me. - This is my response to someone at this dishonest dealerships response to my original post (they don't even have the decency to name themselves). Here is a copy of their words to me which are completely untrue: Hi Charles, I am very sorry to hear this. However, I took the time to review your complaint and the last communication we received from you was an email stating how happy you were with your vehicle purchase. We are unsure what has happened since then? Many of the communication we received from you thanked our dealership for our hard work. We are unsure if this is now a case of buyer’s remorse? Unfortunately, you cannot return a car after more than 5 months of ownership and driving. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to give us a call at the dealership.
