Called after receiving e-mail and was immediately scheduled for 1:45 on 23 MAY 2014. Upon arriving for appointment I was immediately greeted by a very friendly and courteous service personnel. After paperwork was verified and car keys taken I was told by Tom that the recall procedure would be done immediately and would I like to have my car vacuumed and washed after the inspection was done. WOW! Quick, professional, courteous and friendly service plus a free car cleaning. During my short wait I had personnel from various departments passing by who stopped and asked if there was anything I needed. Scott is a very good salesman and would not take no for an answer. When I was thinking of not going through with a deal he and the team gave me a better deal so I would feel good about the purchase that I an answer. Everyone was friendly and patient with me and surprisingly the speed at which the experience happened was faster than other experiences I have had and actually got to test drive which I haven't seen in a while with other places.
