He ended up lowering my payment three times along with the interest rate just to get me buy the car THAT day. He was very annoyed that I wanted to think about it. I still ended up buying a car elsewhere at 4 percent lower interest rate than his "best offer" and a much better quality vehicle. More

New to me...used car purchase Staff was polite and helpful. It was relatively easy to find a car with the mileage/price range i was looking for. I like the fact that they offered a Staff was polite and helpful. It was relatively easy to find a car with the mileage/price range i was looking for. I like the fact that they offered an extended 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. Facility was clean and they catered to my inpatient 5 year old daughter by having snacks and coloring books available. All in all a good experience. It's been exactly 1 week since I picked up my car and I'm still happy :) More

Great buying experience but the paperwork need to leave 80's Been trying to find a car for over two months. Test drove many cars. Found out what I was looking for. Test drove it. Liked it. But, Gary Rome offered half for the tradein. Other dealerships offered $1200 or $1000. Gray Rome offered $500. Found County Hyundai on the Internet. The website said they would be Gary Rome ad prices by $250 for the same kind of car. Contacted the Internet depart ment and spoke with Jason on the phone and email. He verified that they had the same car and would be Rome's price by at least $250. Went to Dealership and Jason passed me off to Shinny Santiago and said she has all the info. Shinny had me test drive the car. She knows ALOT about Cars. When test driving it is great when your salesperson can give you info about the car you did not know. Then we worked on the trade, Country Hyundai was in the right Ballpark for the trade. We then agreed on a deal. It took a long time to wait on the paperwork. But Shinny was able to keep a conversation going so I was not bored. That is a great thing about Shinny, she keep the conversation going the entire time. Which helps make the time fly by and makes it feel like your are not is a stressful situation of buying a car. Which is great!!!! But, then the paperwork came. It was alot of paperwork. Many pages. I was tired and also short on time. So I signed everything without actually reading all of it. Read later in the night and had some questions and some nightmares while sleeping. Went to the dealer in the morning, they answered my questions. And we completed the transaction. Waiting on my title in the mail. Country Hyundai needs to bring the paperwork out of the 1980s and into the current century. And then this place would get 4 stars all around. So take your time to read the paperwork and do not sign until all questions are answers. Was able to get a good car at a good price. Without alot of back and forth. The buying experience is realllly good, but the paperwork not so much........ More
