Excellent Dearlership! My Husband and I were in search for a Santa Fe Sports for me, we ended up at this great dealership. Roger Cote was the service person who came out to My Husband and I were in search for a Santa Fe Sports for me, we ended up at this great dealership. Roger Cote was the service person who came out to assist us on this Saturday afternoon, after speaking with him and letting him know what we were looking for he showed us a couple of SUV's and at that time , I felt that this vehicle was too big for me. Roger then showed us the Tucson, which was a much smaller vehicle for me, I took it for a ride and fell in love with it;the smooth ride all the features a plus , the color was popping both inside and out, my grandson loved it also. we went back in and started the paper work. what a great deal. he is an excellent sales man. When then met with Myron who was so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. He took us right through the paperwork with not a hiccup. we signed all the paper work and picked up my vehicle as promised. On the day I picked up my 2014 Tucson, Melanie was a Gem, she went through the whole car and explained every featured one at a time and did not rush through the process. The whole process from beginning to end took only a few days. I'm a happy customer!! More

Great service I called on a whim, last minute decision. The car I was driving had been paid off for a while, but had problems that I wasn't interested in fixing and I called on a whim, last minute decision. A new car made sense and I wanted to spoil myself for once. They were eager to accommodate my schedule and set up an appointment for me to come in & check out the car I had picked out. They stayed well past closing to finish showing me the car & go over financials and such. Picked up the car 2 days later, although if I didn't want to pick it up, they would've delivered it. Very courteous, thorough and convenient transaction. Bill and Melanie were great, as well as Jason and Myron. A+ wouldn't change a thing. Thanks again. couldn't solve my problem my car doesn't start about every 4 days. It's intermittent so they say nothing they can do. this is a real problem given that I work in a college se my car doesn't start about every 4 days. Had a great experience Scott welcomed us as soon as we walked in doors. He was very friendly and knowledgable. We went in there with a mindset of what we wanted in a car and Scott welcomed us as soon as we walked in doors. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He got her a balloon and a coloring book and did his best to keep her busy. He found us the perfect car and I could be more happy about it. Fantastic experience! We started out on a trip only to have the engine light come on. We called Northanpton Hyundai and they had us bring it right in. Since is was recommended to drive without fixing. They arranged a rental and fixed our car before end of day! No appointment and still managed to fix it and get us back on the road !! Wonderful service department we go out of of way to bring it there just because they always treat you with respect, honesty and friendliness! More
