While I wasn't necessarily in the market for a new vehicle (my existing Hyundai was in fine shape), I was hoping that I could take advantage of the promotional offers to lower my monthly payment. Bill respected my very specific criteria, and no one tried to push me beyond my budget or comfort zone. The lack of pressure that was put on me during the process, and Bill's patience, made it easier for me to make my own decision about purchasing when I was ready to do so. Bill also went out of his way to remind me to look into a service that I seemed to be getting through the manufacturer that I wasn't actually using, and that I might unwittingly be paying for, so I appreciated his willingness to look out for me. In general, everyone at the facility was patient, friendly, and helpful during this process. More
