On Oct 10, 2019 this business purchased my 2016 Corvette Z51. What they fail to disclose, because of their low standards/ethics is that the vehicle was involved in an accident so severe that the airbags deployed! Don't expect the xxxxxxx sales team to offer that information up prior to an attempt at screwing you, the consumer over! My mission, post as many negative reviews as possible to get the word out and expose this business for what it is! Deceptive Business Practices? Took advantage of me. I went online and read reviews before I inquired about a vehicle. I thought that I would have a good experience since it seemed like many people did. Unfortunately when I left, I felt like they took advantage of me. I asked reasonable things such as, a receipt for a part I asked to be fixed. They would not replace a part that needed to be changed, so I said fine I will pay for it to be replaced. They offered to put it into my financing so I said that was fine. When I came to get the vehicle, I asked for a receipt for the work but was told No. That he will send me a copy of the CarFax once it is updated. When it came to signing my papers (WATCH OUT FOR THIS PART) they tried to tell me my bank saved me X amount of money because they decided to give me a 60 month car loan (I applied for a 60 Month Loan). He did not lay out the options I had for a warranty. His speech went something like this...” So with a ....warranty plus gap the lowest payment amount will be X. All I have to do is confirm your address.” I said I do not want anything extra, he went on to give me a different dollar amount with a different warranty. This happened about 3 times and he would not give me the dollar amount without GAP insurance. It is my choice if I want to purchase Gap yet I felt like I did not have one. They also did not have an itemized list on my loan. They only had a start price which was 1000 more than the car was listed. Of course, they had my sales tax listed, their paperwork fee, and the gap but there was no were listed what the actual price was for the repairs I requested. I also left a deposit on this vehicle, which they had the vehicle listed on their website yet it took two weeks to get to their dealership. I had to remind the man I was working with 3 times to refund the deposit. A couple of days later, I called the manager. I asked for a receipt and told him of other concerns that I had since I have bought a vehicle earlier this year (with a bigger dealership) and had the best experience. The manager wanted me off the phone as soon as possible. He did not want to hear how I thought that things were shady, that I was told I could not have a receipt, the car was not full of gas and how things did not seem transparent at all. All he had to tell me was he has ran the shop for 14 years and he would get the receipt. Two hours later, I was sent a photo of my receipt marked with the date I called. Which means to me, they made the receipt after I called. They charged my loan a higher amount than the actual repairs!!! I will never go to this dealership or refer anyone to come here again. More

Rude. Spend Thousands Elsewhere After months of my husband begging me to buy a truck he came to me with one I actually was considering. We showed up to the Merriam location, looked at the truck without anyone coming out to greet us, went inside to view carfax and talk numbers, when we got ready for numbers Debra, decided she was ready to go help a set of customers who showed up after us and went searching for a Prius with them. At this point we didn't know if she would be back or if a manager was coming over to help us. When I called up there afterward to tell them I thought it was pretty rude manager Chris said that she had to help them because no one else was there and asked me "what do you want me to do about it?" I said "Well it would have been nice if she would have said the next step and not left us there. I was ready to sign over my credit report and take the truck." He said "It was your choice to get up and walk." I'm sorry but nobody should be treated like this especially when spending thousands of dollars. I'll go elsewhere. More

I tried using the air this summer and it doesn't work!!! Took it to Ford to get my seat belts replaced due to a recall and Ford showed me the clutch is missing off the AC compressor and on top of that the bottom cover is completely gone off my car line someone took it off. I went in to Country Hill Monday morning 7/10/17 at 10am and couldn't get anyone to help. The dealership doesn't want to do anything to fix the air. The lady at the dealership told me she would have the owners son call me back and here it is Thursday and no one has called!!! How rude and unprofessional!!! We are under a heat advisory and this place doesn't want to help at all!!!! On top of that the car already needs new tires bc the tires are bald! I'm done with this place!! I will never come back!!! More
2010 Nissan Rouge I came in just before Thanksgiving in 2014 after going to several "help your credit" dealers. I was immediately greeted by Deb. After telling her my budget, what i was looking for and what I was trying to accomplish we looked through some SUVs. After not finding what I was looking for she told me they had just gotten a Rouge from auction and it had just finish being serviced. Long story short, I put down a $250 deposit. Mike was amazing trying to find the right loan that would fit me. The only downfall is that my $250 deposit was never applied to the total price of the car and I never saw it again. After several attempts to get it either allied as a payment or returned, I gave up. To this day I do not know what happened to that $250. More
I had a great experience with this dealership, however I should say that I went to the Country Hill Motors in Olathe. ?I came in with a very limited budget and I didn't think I would find a car here becaus should say that I went to the Country Hill Motors in Olathe. ?I came in with a very limited budget and I didn't think I would find a car here because they have mostly upper-end cars on the lot. The sales person, Shona, worked hard to find me a car. She showed me several that would have worked and were in my budget range but nothing that I was truly excited about. She wasn't being pushy about selling me a car instead she was working hard to find me a car I wanted. With the help of Tony ( I hope I got his name right) they found an 04 Dodge Durango. It was perfect, but it was too expensive.? This is were I have to say this place is amazing. If I hadn't bought the vehicle I'm sure they would have sold it very quickly at the price they wanted, the asking price was fair. They worked with financing, gave me an exceptional deal on my trade-in and then brought the price down to something that I could comfortably afford.? To top it off, the vehicle needed new brakes, they put new brakes on (including NEW rotors) and put two new front tires. ?David, in financing is awesome and the they have their own garage which does excellent work. ?People are quick to condemn when something doesn't go well with a business and buying a used car is stressful. I've seen the negative comments left about this dealership and I can't speak to those issues. I can say that I truly believe this a great dealership to do business with. They have great cars at fair prices, I feel that they are honest with excellent business ethics and offer exceptional customer service. ?I highly recommend Country Hill Motors. More
