Purchased a 1977 CJ5 Jeep, was shipped to me, dealer stated the vehicle had been inspected in their service dept and everything was ok. Upon arriving the tail lights, turn signals, did not work and appe stated the vehicle had been inspected in their service dept and everything was ok. Upon arriving the tail lights, turn signals, did not work and appear to have not worked forever. Steering wheel has a bad bearing and does not turn properly, have already spent $ 300 dollars on parts and labor. Radio speakers and woofer are not wired up, and carburetor is leaking gas very badly. If your service department inspected this vehicle, then they are either blind or restarted. Very unhappy customer. Robert Jarrell More

I work in Sales and would never treat a customer the way they treated. I will never go back and make sure no one I know ever does as well. If the salesperson worked where I do her would be fired on the spot for his smart remarks after my visit the next day. More
We sold my father’s car to Country Hill Motors on July 17, 2023. D worked with us on settling on a fair price for the car and honored the quote past the original deadline. The process was smooth and D was 17, 2023. D worked with us on settling on a fair price for the car and honored the quote past the original deadline. Final Update: Spoke with the manager John about my ongoing issues. I was told due to my poor review of their dealership, he had no interest in helping me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional res ongoing issues. I was told due to my poor review of their dealership, he had no interest in helping me and hung up on me. Very unprofessional resolution after being having so many issues. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Update: I no longer recommend this dealer. I bought another vehicle from the dealership last year—a 2008 Ford Explorer with just over 100K. I was told things were in good shape. After buying it, I took it to a Ford Dealership that told me my rear brakes were unsafe, leaking radiator, and a broken AC. Country Hills fixed the listed items, but it took them 6 visits. It also has excessive rust, which I was assured was normal for the age of the vehicle. It’s not normal. Over the last year, I’ve had to replace the ignition coil, spark plugs, and airflow sensor, case transfer seal, and now I’m having to replace the transmission. The car has more in repairs than it’s worth. This car has been in the shop 9 times for repairs. More
We were not informed of the $1,000 cost of a so-called *tru-coat* preventive application BEFORE the fact. Now I find out that the coating is not even effective on paint that is several years old. We were treated with dignity and respect, and even making a friendly, family type connection with him sharing photos of his dad on his family farm. I have already recommended the dealer and Dennis to my friends and family and we will be back when it's time for our kids to get their cars. Thank you a bunch Dennis for a great experience! More

Th After having the vehicle I bought for 6 months, I have had to buy a new alternator ( $1000) and it is currently in the shop for a cylinder misfire. This means I have spent $2000 in repairs on this vehicle since they would not pay for the water pump to be replaced when I first bought it. Now I'm at the 9 month mark and it is in a shop at a TRUSTED Dealership to see if the cylinder misfire is only that or if there is a bigger issue. Go to a big dealership that actually cares about the quality of vehicles they sell. I'm regretting my decision to buy from here. This is the second time I have tried to give smaller dealerships a chance and its not worth it. Spending the little extra to get a good vehicle from somewhere reliable! They have a mandatory administrative and "protective surface coating" fee that they won't waive. Also, they didn't discuss gap insurance at all with me, but tried to tack it onto my loan paperwork, at a cost of almost $1,000. Next, my salesperson was nice, not too pushy, which I liked. But I was told both by him and the finance guy that their cars go through a significant inspection, and that they don't sell cars with problems. However, I could easily see that all of the tires were severely worn, so I did negotiate a little on that issue. Turns out though, when I took the car to my mechanic, we discovered that the tires were in fact dry-rotted and dangerous. They were the original tires on the vehicle, and had 69k miles on them. Plus, the coolant reservoir was almost empty, and the rear brakes were extremely worn, and leaking. So of course, the brake fluid reservoir was extremely low too. So much for their multi-point inspection. I would not buy from them again. More
