Kevin Bearce, our salesman however, did not relent and convinced us to make the 500 plus mile trip to purchase it. Kevin handled most everything, knowing we were from out of town, even offering lodging suggestions, dining options, local events, etc., along with all the transaction tasks, assisting wherever he could. The truck is mostly all I was looking for, only missing the creature comforts of the truck I traded away, many of which I miss dearly. For whatever reason, purchase excitement, salesmanship, trip planning, I don’t know, whatever the cause, I failed to complete my normal research. The only loss in this transaction was in the Options Package, had I finished with my due diligence I would have discovered the purchased truck had a 510a Option Package, much less than the 520a Package my previous truck had and this transaction would not have gone forward – my bad (slight buyer’s remorse). As for the back of the house (finance), we did not have the same positive experience. Once we got to the office, took what seemed like forever, everything went well at first. Side note, their signing station is quite impressive (more salesmanship I am sure) a desk size iPad of sorts. Anyway, everything was going well until we hit the warranties portion of deal. When we declined their offers of extended/additional warranties, the finance manager’s demeanor turned visibly reproachful and almost nasty, the atmosphere in the room became tense. He wasn’t offering anything better than I already had lined up, sorry. There were other post purchase irritations involving the finance department, but I’m not inclined to “pile on” at this time. Simply put, it could have gone much, much better in my opinion This review is a couple of months past the event on purpose. To do a review too soon after the event, your comments will usually be unrealistically positive with later viewpoints being much different, so I delay. More
I bought 2 trucks from here. Gabe is the best person to buy from. I highly recommend them. Don’t buy from anyone other than Gabe or Kevin. Top notch. Gabe is the best person to buy from. I highly recommend them. Don’t buy from anyone other than Gabe or Kevin. Top notch. More
Short synopsis: Never got a warm welcome, never felt like our business was appreciated. We were never greeted by any management making sure we were happy or trying to assist us. Follow up support was like our business was appreciated. We were never greeted by any management making sure we were happy or trying to assist us. Follow up support was lack luster at best. I did get a decent used vehicle at an average market price and was sold an overpriced extended warranty and gap coverage that I didnt ask for. Our salesperson was not great and found out a month after the purchase he is no longer working there. What I found more frustrating was that during our 6-7 hour ordeal while making the purchase no one from management offered to help. Big kudos to Shelby though (I think that is her name). Towards the end of our purchasing ordeal she saw our frustration level and proactively asked us if she could help. Our salesperson was MIA. It wasn't even her sale and she stepped in to offer help and actually resolved the issue. Long Version: I made a 3 hour drive to this dealership to surprise my wife with her dream car. It was the closest dealership who had the model and options we wanted. The over the phone negotiation phase was your typical dealership haggling. But I had enough confidence in talking with them to proceed with the deal while also doing some background research on the dealership. The day prior to purchasing the vehicle I explained to the sales person we had a 3 hour drive and whatever he could do to get us in and out as quickly as possible would be greatly appreciated. I also requested to have a second keyfob programmed as the vehicle only had one and not cause delays. The day of the purchase we arrived at our agreed upon time, 10AM While driving down I reminded the salesperson about the keyfob which he forgot about but ensured me would be ready by the time the paperwork was signed. Our trade-in was inspected shortly after arrival. Sat with the salesperson and gave some additional information to them. Still had to wait about an hour for the finance person. Not great but it happens. Deal done, its now noon. Still no key fob. I was then repeatedly told at least 6 times over 3 hours that "service" was getting ready to get my new car inside to program the keyfob. I'm next on the list. Our sales person had to "leave" once the car did make it into service. The car was finally in service for an hour only to find out it only took them 20 minutes to do it but it didnt get pulled back up front because they were waiting for the salesperson to do that. I now have my new car and keyfobs and wait another 30 minutes at the cashiers desk for a magical invoice to arrive to her so I can pay the bill. Turns out service or the sales person messed something up and no invoice could be generated so I had to leave without paying anyway. Arrived at 10am, didnt get back on the road till close to 4PM fighting DC and Baltimore traffic all the way home. Post purchase I discovered I could have gotten an equal GM warranty for $1k less then the 3rd party one I was sold. I asked for new tags for my new vehicle, not to transfer my old tags. I didnt receive my new registration till 2 weeks after my temp tag expired. And to add salt to the wound they processed it as a transfer and not new tag. I now have to waste more of my time/money buying a replacement tag at my DMV. The support I received from my replacement sales person was very delayed. Hours/days would go by in-between responses. While the carfax was clean it appears my near 6 figure, 1 year old dream car did have some repair work done to it. One door is way out of alignment, signs of paint work. They have a disclaimer in their paperwork that you have to sign saying Carfax isnt full proof. But I'm sure someone had to notice it upon trade in base on the way my trade was picked apart and they charged me high market rate for the vehicle saying they couldn't come down any lower on the price. Totally my fault as I should have looked the car better before signing. More

My experience with the buying process was slightly delayed because I initially planned to buy from a different dealership and had to go back to the bank for new paperwork. The used vehicle I purchased was 10X better than the vehicle I originally planned to buy. From my quick view from the vehicles available seemed of very good quality. I want to keep my new “used” Corvette at low miles…but it’s hard to get me out of the seat. More
