Very Immature and Unprofessional. I have had 5 different recalls on my RAM 1500. When I went to have ALL items fixed-they Service Department let me leave with my check engine light on I have had 5 different recalls on my RAM 1500. When I went to have ALL items fixed-they Service Department let me leave with my check engine light on and told me to come back. I drove an hour and a half (one way) just to be charged what was not fixed the first time. The Manager and Service Department made EVERYTHING a nightmare and the rude comments sent to my email by said manager only shows the lack of professionalism. Never had a car sales Manager degrade my character. Love my RAM- but I will NEVER purchase a another vehicle under the current management and service department. My Sales person was excellent.
