Trending down / do your due diligence Bought two vehicles here. First experience drew me back. Second experience overwhelmed the first in a negative way. Disingenuous sales staff. unresponsive sales Mgr. and owner. Second purchase from the dealership was new Jeep Grand Cherokee, Overland, almost all available options including high end Rear video system. Remote and headphones were not in the vehicle. When i noticed (a long time after the purchase), first response of sales staff was to tell me I was lying. Several calls later, sales staff says "I will have to pay for this" My response, "sorry but that is not my problem.' Weeks later, no resolution. 2 calls to the Sales Mgr, ,(Steve Lam) were not returned; one call to the owner, (Gordan Atkisson) same result.. Do your due diligence with this place: Ask for a copy of the vehicle checklist that is supposed to be prepared on each vehicle before delivery; appears they have inventory control problems; customer service responsiveness is weak at best; beware of verbal committments to "make it right' Get it in writing, and followup, followup, followup. No reply and today is Thursday after I left the messages. Regardless of the explanation, that is unacceptable for 5 star customer service. Something either failed or the protocols are poorly designed and implemented to respond to customers. More
