Most people hate going to dealerships because of the "shark tank" attitude you feel walking through the door, there is NONE of that here. My rep Jack is such a sweetheart and not only got me into the exact car I wanted, he gave me all the info upfront, no hidden back stories, no question went unanswered. He's amazing! Quick and Painless This was the third vehicle (2015 Jeep Cherokee) in 10 years we bought from this dealership and the second time with Paul as our sales person. We would have asked for Paul had he not greeted us as we walked from our car to the door. We knew exactly what vehicle we wanted. Paul found it on their lot and got it ready for a test drive. Upon returning, we went inside and quickly came to an agreement regarding price, trade-in, etc., signed the necessary papers, wrote a check, and out the door we went. Before departing the dealership, Paul got in the car with us, paired our phones, explained some of the vehicle's features and answered all our questions. Both times it was a pleasure to work with him. He is an excellent sales person and truly cares about his customers. We are 100% satisfied! More

After a horrible attempt with 4 other dodge dealerships in my local area I found Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Oxford PA. Good: Paul Damiano, and overall sales experience. Best car buying experience I’ve had in a long while. Bad: Other than they are 140 miles from my house, nothing. After spending 3 weeks looking for a Dodge Challenger SRT in my local area around Washington D.C. and having nothing but horrible experience after horrible experience (see my review of Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge) I found Country Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Oxford PA. I called and spoke to Paul Damiano. I made an offer to buy, provided pictures of my trade, and e-mailed them the cash buy offer for my car from Carmax. I told Paul that my offer was all I was willing to pay. He told me okay and that he would get back to me in about 20 minutes. He was very pleasant. Right at the appointed time Paul called back, all was good, and I had a buy order. The weekend was six days away so they held the car till I could make the 140 mile trip. I fully expected when I arrived to be subjected to some kind of dealership game or up sale. Instead I got an apology for them running late as they had to fix an error were they overcharged me. So, the car was approx 500 USD LESS than I agreed to pay. Paul knowing that my wife and five year old son just made a 3 hour trip let us rest in the kid’s play area while handling the paperwork. Doing a great job of not bothering us, but at the same time ensuring we were being taken care of. Also, my wife mentioned that we would have to get a front license plate bracket for the new car as PA does not require front and back plates. Paul took the bracket off of my trade in and put it on my new car; something the local dodge dealership told me would cost 100 USD. So about 45 minutes later, I drove off in my brand new Header Orange 2014 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Paid the price I wanted and not a penny more. Great job guys, it was well worth the trip. I will buy from here again. More

Paul is excellent to work with and with this purchase, I had asked Paul to look for a specific vehicle for me. He found exactly what I wanted, worked with the other dealer to get it for me and still gave me a great deal too. Other dealers want to play games but we never get this from CDJ and its always a pleasant experience. We travel 45 minutes to this dealer as we appreciate the way they work for our business and the way we are treated. I'm sure there will be more purchases in the future. Thanks again Paul. More

As soon as we walked into the dealership, Paul greeted us and directed us to Lisa their internet sales manager. Lisa informed us that Paul would be our salesman and had already been advised of our situation. Immediately Paul put us at ease. When all was said and done a few days later....we drove off the lot in a pre owned Dodge Ram 1500! He worked tirelessly for us and everyone was happy with the deal. I would suggest everyone try this dealership. They were fair, friendly and willing to work hard for their client. More

Great Experience. We have been dealing with Country Chrysler since 1995 and when we decided to downsize from a Conversion Van to a smaller vehicle, we knew where to go. We have been dealing with Country Chrysler since 1995 and when we decided to downsize from a Conversion Van to a smaller vehicle, we knew where to go. Paul put us right into the exact car that we wanted and I just love my new Dodge Dart Rallye Blacktop - it is so sporty and great looking and I am really enjoying driving it and showing it off (even though we are 66 and 69 years old, you're never too old to be sporty). Even though it is greatly smaller in size than what I am used to, it has not been hard at all to get used to. I really love my new car and want to thank Paul for giving us a really great experience in buying this new vehicle. He was very patient and understanding of our needs and explained everything so that I could understand exactly what to do. Great experience.
