I have had only one issue and did not take it to my sales consultant, which was my fault as he would have had it corrected. However, this is the only dealership I go to. I will send anyone who is looking for a car to them. We have purchased many cars over the years, as I average a new one about every 3 years or so, I have even purchased used and not an issue whatsoever. A few days later, I decided to go to Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge, after r I recently went to Jones Junction, and had the worst experience of my life. A few days later, I decided to go to Country Chrysler Jeep Dodge, after reading the great reviews. Jack Davies, one of the many salesman, approached me upon entering, and was very Courteous. I explained how I recently had a bankruptcy about two years ago, and my daughter had been late with her car payments; that I consigned on. I was really impressed with his eager to help me, and not pushing me to purchase a vehicle. He told me the bottom line, and what my options will be. Since the other car dealer ran my credit one too many times, and asked me to get a co signer; Jack advised me that running my credit again, can hurt me even more. After speaking to his boss, they decided to just run my credit thru one bank only. To my surprise, I was approved, without a consigned; for a new 2015 Chrysler 200. Of course, the interest rate was higher, but somehow they managed to get me a lower interest rate after the 3 days of having the car in my possession. They payed off my SUV and gave me another $1500 towards it, even though the transmission was done. I received a rebate of $3700 as well. I got the extended warranty, and the GAP insurance, and my payments were not much more than my recent SUV payments. I really recommend this dealership to everyone. I've bought many cars thru the years, and have never experienced such pleasant, courteous, and relaxed environment in a dealership like this one. Words can't express my gratitude towards Jack and his boss. I consider this place like my family now. Enough to say that I will be using their service department, and I've never used a dealership service department before.
