He takes his time with us and makes sure we are 100 percent sure before finalizing the deal. After all paperwork is completed he takes time to go over and explains all the options and features on the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership later that evening, Paul was eager to help. He was friendly, patient, and professional. Not only did I purchase the car that I wanted, but I was able to get my wife the van that she wanted for her birthday as well. When we arrived the next day to pick them up, there was a big bow and balloons on the van and Paul spent an hour showing us how everything worked.
