I have only had 1 issue with it, after having it for 3 days the battery went bad and needed to be replaced. I phoned Paul and he put me in contact with the Service Dept. They took the vehicle in that afternoon and checked out the entire electrical system to make sure it wasn't something else (which all checked out OK). They replaced the battery with no issue. I am extremely happy with my decision to go to Country Chrysler and my Jeep. I would definitely recommend Paul and Country Chrysler. More
