I feel regardless of new or used you should leave there with a full tank of gas not 5 gallons if you buy a used vehicle, especially when you ask and the say they would fill it. They did work hard to accommodate us and get the financing we asked for……..sorta ($50 more per month then target). Even though I know I paid a bit more then I should of, it is the sign of the times in this crazy auto market and because it was a Toyota we know it was money well spent that will pay us back in less break downs unlike the big 3 auto makers products. We had a good experience at this dealership. Chris was very nice and easy to work with. Also, the manager was awesome. When we told him we were in a crunch to get outta there so my husband could Chris was very nice and easy to work with. Also, the manager was awesome. When we told him we were in a crunch to get outta there so my husband could make it to work he got us out as quick as he could. Once things were wrapped up my husband left in our other car in a rush to get to work and didn't realize he had the keys to the new vehicle as well. My kids and I were stuck there waiting for my husband to notice what had happened and the manager offered to get us a ride home which was above and beyond. Once I said he would return soon so that wasn't needed he gave us a lunch voucher from a restaurant across the street so we could wait there, which was much appreciated. Awesome customer care! More
