We felt completely comfortable to either buy on the same day, or postpone our visit to another day. What we particularly appreciated was how well Bert explained the vehicle’s design, safety and technical details. His explanations were easy to understand and to remember. It was also enjoyable to share military stories with him, as Bert is a former Navy Seal. He has led a fascinating life! My husband and I are also US military veterans.
