Overall the experience was good. Kirk spent a lot of time showing us vehicles and there was no pressure. My only issue is that the used truck we purchased only had 1 key fob. T Kirk spent a lot of time showing us vehicles and there was no pressure. My only issue is that the used truck we purchased only had 1 key fob. That is ok but nobody told us that until we went to pick up the vehicle. It's just another $300 to get another. Kirk was out the day we picked up the vehicle. Another salesman helped us and got all papers signed. Nobody seemed too interested in helping us with the key or asking if we had any questions. More
