I have purchased 28+ new cars/trucks/SUVs and feel this experience was my best one because of their pleasant staff, huge selection, and competitive no nonsense pricing. I began my shopping experience by researching inventory, pricing, and rebates online. Then I requested an out-the-door (OTD) quote from several dealers. Country Chevrolet provided the best pricing and had a great selection (they had the best vehicle selection and configurations in WV, MD, & VA). They actually had several vehicles that I liked sitting on their lot. My first interaction was with Eddie Tahiree, my new car salesman, to request an OTD quote. Eddie provided the OTD as requested. Since it was the best price I received out several dealerships, I drove 115 miles to pick it up. The whole experience was worth the drive. When I showed up I received the exact vehicle & exact pricing that I was promised. Eddie provided me with a test drive, helped with the initial paperwork, & provided a thorough introduction to my new Silverado with a lot of modern features. He helped me with the trade-in appraisal process and I received an offer that was competitive with other dealership offers. The business office prepared and finalized all the paperwork & financing and explained all the additional extended warranty coverages available. Country Chevrolet has been selling Chevrolets for a long time and has a reputation of providing a friendly, honest sales buying experience. No pressure. No gimmicks. No old school tricks.
