The people in the service area were kind and courteous and listened to what I was experiencing with my vehicle. They got to work on my vehicle and had me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. and listened to what I was experiencing with my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and professional. Got me in and out quickly. Knowledgeable. Was a much better experience than the ones I’ve had in Amarillo. I will definitely be back. Took my 2021 GMC 2500hd in complaining of the rear brakes randomly locking up while pulling a trailer at highway speeds and below. They had it about a week, I called to check on it and their response was “Th randomly locking up while pulling a trailer at highway speeds and below. They had it about a week, I called to check on it and their response was “The mechanic couldn’t find anything wrong with it” the service writer stated that they may have too hook it up to a trailer and pull it around town waiting for it to lock up. It happens so randomly, I didn’t feel like that was a solution, seeing how when it does occur it doesn’t set a code in its system. Something needs to be done before someone runs into the back of me injuring or possibly killing the driver or passenger, because I doubt the brake lights engage during the event. More
