We attempted to buy a new Infiniti JX35 at a dealership close to my home (see my recent review of Infiniti of Scottsdale) and after a week of run-around and very poor customer service by Infiniti of Scotts close to my home (see my recent review of Infiniti of Scottsdale) and after a week of run-around and very poor customer service by Infiniti of Scottsdale, I phoned Coulter Infiniti and spoke with Ted Rees. Ted searched Infiniti's nationwide inventory and located a JX35 with the configuration we wanted that was scheduled to be built and delivered for sale to an out-of-state dealer. Ted intercepted that JX and had it re-routed to Coulter for us. During this process, Ted provided routine updates on the build and delivery status and was very helpful. When the JX arrived, finalization of the sale was very smooth and without any of the sales/financing games I have experienced at other dealers. Coulter is about 45 minutes from our home in Scottsdale, but it was well worth the drive as we received exceptional service. Coulter seems to really value their customers. I would recommend those throughout the Phoenix/Scottsdale area consider Ted Rees and Coulter Infiniti - as they provided an excellent new car buying experience. More
had vehicle towed to dealership. Felt I was overcharged on all parts. When I asked him what a $29.99 part was , he told me it was an air filter.Then he just walked away and leftme to pay the bill. Ted was very helpful and very patient in my lease of my new Infiniti G37. It took several months for me to make the decision to lease due to a family situation which Ted understood completely. Ted went out of his way to make this deal go smoothly. The dealership is beautiful and well located but on a personal level We were not treated particularly well. More
We had a great experience buying a used car (it was a trade-in) at Coulter Infinity. Floyd Parker was our salesman. The environment is low pressure but professional. We also worked with Craig Darling and he was pleasant too as well as Chris in Finance. In fact, Craig said to us, we want you to buy the car if you love it. It's that simple. If you buy it great, if not, we don't believe in pressuring you because we don't want to have to duck if we see you in the grocery store. They have a great philosophy and I feel that we got a good deal/fair price. In our opinion, it is well-managed dealership with top notch people! More

I went to this particular dealership for the first time for a scheduled maintenance. Setting-up the appointment was easy and the work was completely in a timely manner. It was a real pleasure working with Gerry Lopez. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the car. During the service work he kept me updated by phone and he was always friendly and polite. The quality of the work was good and cost was reasonable. I was impressed with this dealership. More
