We had a "check engine" light come on and called Coulter right away. They were able to get it in the next day and assessed it that afternoon. Mike Rios from their service dept stepped me through everything right away. They were able to get it in the next day and assessed it that afternoon. Mike Rios from their service dept stepped me through everything needed to fix our 2017 QX80. He was very accommodating and they set me up with a loaner while it was being repaired. We had an issue with our passenger side door handle that needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. It took a number of trips to the dealer but finally we we needed replacing. We worked with Jose and Spencer to get the handle replaced by Infiniti. I was seriously considering an Audi or Genesis before looking at an Infiniti. We test drove a QX60 with Peter and he explained all of the different features on each of the four models. He worked hard to find us exactly what we wanted and he was very honest during the negotiation phase of the sale. The sales manager, Nader was kind enough to help me get the final price I needed. He gave us a discount for my wife being a teacher and for me being a Costco member. If that wasn’t enough he gave ,me an Infiniti golf cap when I went to accept delivery of the vehicle. Peter, Nader and even Delaney were all very helpful and professional. I highly recommend Coulter Infiniti if you’re serious about buying a new car. More
