Took my QX60 in for a fix only the dealer could do. They found another issue and I was told about an hour before closing. I was not given a time line for when it would be available. When I called on Saturday I was told I should have known it wouldn't be ready before Monday. After picking up my car, I noticed there was a crack (circular) about the size of a silver dollar, on the drivers side. When I contacted the dealership I was told they weren't responsible. I have left 2 messages for the repair department manager and have heard nothing. After dealing with this dealership, I don't ever want to buy another Infiniti! More
I inquired about a vehicle and Peter messages me back and even glaciated a video showing me the car inside and out. I noticed that it was missing an accessory that I wanted. I messaged him back saying I would have to pass on it. An hour later he sent me another message saying he spoke with his manager and was willing to add the accessory if I wanted the car. I was blown away that he went the extra mile to try and help me into the car I wanted. In the meantime though my husband had already found another vehicle with less miles and some warranty left so we went with his pick. But please know we were very grateful to have experienced Peter and his passion to create a happy customer! If you’re looking for a car I totally recommend calling Peter! He will do his 100% best to get you into the vehicle you want! 5+ stars!!!! More

It all started with a family's trade-in. . once I saw that Trackhawk listing go live, I knew I had to make moves. Called the dealership and was directly connected to Mr. Rick Reames. This man is capable of operating at the speed of sound when circumstances necessitate such expediency. He helped me secure financing and was ready to receive my deposit within 24hrs of making initial contact. The vehicle itself had a minor cosmetic issue that Coulter INFINITI helped resolve, and because of the added timeframe Rick was kind enough to comp a small window tinting job for me. Honestly, I'm not sure they come much better than this guy. His earnestness, sincerity, the willingness to facilitate a seamless transaction.. full marks across the board. He is maximum thoughtfulness incarnate. Rick actually called me on my way back home to make sure I'm alright, after driving cross-country to pick this miraculous machine up. I've literally never heard from a dealer after the sale was made before! He even set me up with a rubber ducky for my Jeep from his daughter! I also worked with Paul Marschall when it came time for the financials, and he was very helpful in explaining all the details to me. Thoroughly enjoyed our chat about life & travel as well while I initialed documents ad nauseum. Henry, Nader.. also solid with communication and keeping me informed throughout. And a final chat with one mechanic named Joe Grandberry before I left their lot became the cherry on top for my overall experience here. (That dude sure knows his stuff.) All-in-all, I could not be more grateful that these guys helped me buy a Trackhawk that fit all my criteria. They're all upstanding gentlemen who defy the 'car salesman' stimga.
