I brought in the vehicle with several problems to repair. He also displayed genuine concern for me as a customer, and the time he spent to demonstrate the repaired items was much appreciated. I have not had as professional or highly competent service experiences in any of the previous establishments here in the Prescott and Verde Valley areas I have used over the years then I had from Ed ,and would seriously entertain the drive down for further service on this vehicle or other GMC or Chevy vehicles I have, or may have in the future. Alan did an excellent job as usual following up on getting my gate opener programmed on my 2013 Escalade EXT. I needed a donut spare tire, and Jim was the only person in the valley who could help me. I had called Power road Buick and they directed me to a "scrap yard". Called AZ Auto parts, and they left me on hold for over 20 minutes, and didn't have a tire! Went online, and found one for $300...it's a 12 year old car...I can't afford that! But my friend Linda knew exactly who to call; Jim! I was horrified at how dirty my car was and Jim never blinked an eye! He and the mechanics treated me like a queen...then He WASHED MY CAR!
