I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac ATS and the vehicle had to have a part replaced. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as I have today. Mr. Edward Stralko, Assistan and the vehicle had to have a part replaced. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as I have today. Mr. Edward Stralko, Assistant Service Manager, made me feel as if I was the only customer he needed to tend to. He not only had a vehicle dropped off at my office for me to use while my car was being serviced, but kept me informed and updated as to how things where going. When my car was ready he said he would have someone deliver it to me. As he discovered, everyone else was already busy and he did not want to have me wait past my 5:00 p.m. work departure. He personally took it upon himself to drive my vehicle to my office and hand me the keys. I have never, in all my years of driving expensive foreign cars, experienced an individual or dealership that catered to my needs. I have to say, I am so happy to be part of the Coulter family. From Sales, to Management to Service such extreme professionalism. And to Eddie ... YOU ROCK!! You're the best!! Thank you! Thank you!! From a very happy customer!! Tammy More

In December I was in an accident, and since I bought my GMC at Coulter and have all my service work done there, I wanted to have the collision repair done there too. Jay Santomeno handled the repairs right GMC at Coulter and have all my service work done there, I wanted to have the collision repair done there too. Jay Santomeno handled the repairs right from the start, dealing with the insurance company and furnishing me with a car to drive while the repairs were being done. We stayed in constant communications, and Jay was always very courteous and kept me informed of the progress. He had me come to the shop after removing the damaged parts and explained exactly what was damaged and how it was being repaired. He was able to stay within the insurance repair limits and returned my vehicle to me in almost new condition! I was very happy with the results, and was very glad I took my vehicle to Coulter Cadillac for the repairs! The spare tire lock was missing when I picked up my vehicle, and Jay was more than receptive to replace it, but would have to order one. When I got home I found it in the parts I had hurriedly picked up at the accident scene. I called him to cancel the order and he was very relieved. The fact that he was willing to replace it without question was very admirable. I would highly recommend Coulter Cadillac and Jay Santomeno--they will take very good care of you and make sure you are satisfied with the results! Sherm Orton More

Ed Stralko called me soon afterwards and arranged for me to come in and have the work completed. Ed was extraordinarily professional, friendly, and informed me about the entire process, including some of the work which was covered under warranty. The work was completed quickly and well. In addition my car was washed and everything explained as to what had been done. Thanks ED! In addition I had some questions about some vehicle accessories which I asked of Jim Wright. He was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Thanks as well to Jim. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Coulter. More

Our 2009 Cadillac DTS was due for service and we made an appointment with Brad Majercin to have the service work done and also ask him to have Scott Bergstrom check out the brakes as there was a noise comin appointment with Brad Majercin to have the service work done and also ask him to have Scott Bergstrom check out the brakes as there was a noise coming from the front brake area. I also asked Brad to recommend a salesman as we might be willing to check out a new SRX. Brad contacted Allen Hall and Allen was extremely helpful in showing us the new products available to us and also explaining the vehicles. We than stopped by Jon Thorne's office as Scott had road tested the DTS and Scott and Jon explained all about the braking concerns which was a mild noise and assured that it was not an issue. We continued to chat with Allen as he was taking us around showing us all the vehicles available and explaining each one as we saw the vehicles. After we saw the inventory, Allen offered a loaner as the DTS was not to be completed for a few hours. The loaner helped us to make a final decision and Allen did a great job of answering all of our questions and handled us very professional thru the complete process of purchasing, and all paperwork involved as well as a complete process of explaining all the functions of the SRX. All of these people involved handled us very professional and we are very pleased with our experience at Coulter Cadillac. We would like to thank all of these people involved. More

I had purchased a used BMW from C.Cadillac and realized that I had a problem with the window washer pump. Ed was graceful enough to give me multiple options for having the problem rectified. One option was to have it serviced at BMW Tucson, as I lived in Tucson and it was a long drive just to come to Phx to have it fixed. Nevertheless, I decided to go back to C.Cadillac to have it fixed. Ed was very professional and had my car fixed. A courtesy car was also arranged during the servicing so as to minimize my inconvenience. Ed also provided honest and sound advice with regard to future car servicing. Overall, Ed and his team were very accommodating to my schedule, were attentive and responsive in answering questions and addressing the car problem. Ed was the best service person I have ever worked with in the car industry. I will definitely go back to C.Cadillac and Ed for future car servicing and fixes. Thanks Ed and C.Cadillac. More
