The shop was originally recommended to me by Bill Jurczak in the resale department who said they did great work, he wasn't wrong. In both situations where my car had been hit by someone else they were able to flawlessly repair the dents and match the paint perfectly (which isn't easy to do on a car with metallic fleck paint). These guys are pros andJay and Riley are extremely friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure 100% satisfaction. A+++++++++ guys. Thanks again!! More
Another Great Experience I took my car into Coulter for an oil leak. Within an hour or so I got a call from Bill saying the car was done. He explained that the oil filter wa I took my car into Coulter for an oil leak. Within an hour or so I got a call from Bill saying the car was done. He explained that the oil filter was loose. The mechanic had tightened it and the car was as good as new. I should note here that unfortunately I didn't have Coulter do the oil change so they were not at fault. Even though we had not met, Bill was extremely professional and handled the problem in record time. GREAT JOB Bill! More

There were a few issues that need to be address for example the side mirror shock on the highway. I could not find the paperwork showing the promised repair and it took me several months to get the car back to them but like usual Ed in the service center remembered and was so polite. Got my car right in and made sure they had the part in stock even before I came since he knew I had little ones and couldn't wait all day for it. They fixed the mirror and detailed the car for me very quickly. Just wish I lived closer to have all my maintenance handled there. More

My wife and I had paint work and service work repaired while ED was watching over our pride and joy so to speak, when we picked it up ED was very friendly. He paid attention to all of the details that we needed him to address. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac ATS and the vehicle had to have a part replaced. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as I have today. Mr. Edward Stralko, Assistan and the vehicle had to have a part replaced. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as I have today. Mr. Edward Stralko, Assistant Service Manager, made me feel as if I was the only customer he needed to tend to. He not only had a vehicle dropped off at my office for me to use while my car was being serviced, but kept me informed and updated as to how things where going. When my car was ready he said he would have someone deliver it to me. As he discovered, everyone else was already busy and he did not want to have me wait past my 5:00 p.m. work departure. He personally took it upon himself to drive my vehicle to my office and hand me the keys. I have never, in all my years of driving expensive foreign cars, experienced an individual or dealership that catered to my needs. I have to say, I am so happy to be part of the Coulter family. From Sales, to Management to Service such extreme professionalism. And to Eddie ... YOU ROCK!! You're the best!! Thank you! Thank you!! From a very happy customer!! Tammy More

In December I was in an accident, and since I bought my GMC at Coulter and have all my service work done there, I wanted to have the collision repair done there too. Jay Santomeno handled the repairs right GMC at Coulter and have all my service work done there, I wanted to have the collision repair done there too. Jay Santomeno handled the repairs right from the start, dealing with the insurance company and furnishing me with a car to drive while the repairs were being done. We stayed in constant communications, and Jay was always very courteous and kept me informed of the progress. He had me come to the shop after removing the damaged parts and explained exactly what was damaged and how it was being repaired. He was able to stay within the insurance repair limits and returned my vehicle to me in almost new condition! I was very happy with the results, and was very glad I took my vehicle to Coulter Cadillac for the repairs! The spare tire lock was missing when I picked up my vehicle, and Jay was more than receptive to replace it, but would have to order one. When I got home I found it in the parts I had hurriedly picked up at the accident scene. I called him to cancel the order and he was very relieved. The fact that he was willing to replace it without question was very admirable. I would highly recommend Coulter Cadillac and Jay Santomeno--they will take very good care of you and make sure you are satisfied with the results! Sherm Orton More

Ed Stralko called me soon afterwards and arranged for me to come in and have the work completed. Ed was extraordinarily professional, friendly, and informed me about the entire process, including some of the work which was covered under warranty. The work was completed quickly and well. In addition my car was washed and everything explained as to what had been done. Thanks ED! In addition I had some questions about some vehicle accessories which I asked of Jim Wright. He was very helpful, patient, and friendly. Thanks as well to Jim. I am looking forward to a long relationship with Coulter. More
