Excellent Service Again! Wed I took my 2012 Corvette into Coulter Cadillac. That's right, I take my Corvette to a Cadillac Dealer because of the excellent service experiences I've had in the past. I deal with Ed Stralko, one of the Service Mgrs. This time the visit was due to my airbag light staying on. I had read enough on the internet that I thought it was the passenger side sensor. Ed and his great staff of Techs found it was actually the driver's side airbag connection. While Ed was pulling the Corvette back to the Tech he noticed some scratches on my passenger side window tint. He asked if I would like them to fix that while it was there. This is the kind of "above and beyond" service experience you'll get from Ed and Coulter. More
Response and processing of advisory service letter I received a letter from Buick re: my Enclave's possible problem with its transmission, and offer to reimburse any expense already paid. I contacted Coulter and honestly from beginning to end, I had amazing service! They arranged to pick up and drop off my Buick so I could spend my day at work not driving around doing paperwork and car inspections. And only 4 weeks later, my reimbursement check was delivered to my home by Eddie Stralko! He happened to notice my address was in the same neighborhood in which he lives, and offered to drop the check by my house on the way home from work. THAT is the type of service you just can't find anymore! Thank you Eddie and the rest of the service staff at Coulter for helping me from start to finish. You guys are amazing! More

Everything was done right. would come back for service. This was on a used camaro I bought from them two days before. So if this is how I was treated on a used car then I'd buy new from them. Collision Repair I was bumped at a stop light and the driver's insurance company referred me to the Coulter Collision Center. Jay was my primary contact at Coulter and I was bumped at a stop light and the driver's insurance company referred me to the Coulter Collision Center. Fix for tweeting and grinding under the hood I had been experiencing a tweeting and grinding noise under the hood when I backed out of a parking space and began to turn the steering wheel. I sto I had been experiencing a tweeting and grinding noise under the hood when I backed out of a parking space and began to turn the steering wheel. I stopped into Coulter Cadillac, my dealership at 12th Street and Camelback, to ask Ed Stralko, my service guru, what the issue might be. He got a technician involved, and they very quickly pulled up the GM bulletin relating to the necessary fix. I was SO proud of myself for how I described the issue because the bulletin called it a "chirping and growling" noise. I was close! In any event, in the course of no more than 15 minutes, the issue was diagnosed and I scheduled the fix for the next day. Ed is always professional, respectful, and courteous and is such a pleasure to work with. He has resolved every one of the few issues I have had since leasing my Regal in October 2013 and has done it with a smile on his face. Oh, and how could I forget this: Yesterday when I took my car in, he said it would take an hour to fix. (He had also told me that the previous day.) And it took an hour to fix! It's very hard to find this kind of quality service in this day and age. Thank you, Ed! More
