Definately ask for Ed! WE had taken are car to another place they quoted us over $800.00 plus told us we needed an oil change which we happen to haven gotten 2 days prior t WE had taken are car to another place they quoted us over $800.00 plus told us we needed an oil change which we happen to haven gotten 2 days prior to having to take the car in. So I looked around at all the different dealers that service my car Chevy Malibu and called to Coulter they got me right in. I went and Ed came out listened to the problem I was having then went and turned off Engine lights. When he realized the car was going to need to be service he took they extra step to check and see what the warranties or anything we may have on the car (which I thought warranty was up) then took are car back fixed everything and got it back to us so quickly I was very impressed he definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. Very pleasant experience would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. More

Service I picked up my new terrain and the sales person tried to set my garage door opener to the car and we thought it worked but it didn't. Coulter sent out I picked up my new terrain and the sales person tried to set my garage door opener to the car and we thought it worked but it didn't. Coulter sent out Tom Munoz to set the opener and he worked around my schedule, set it in a minute, taught me how to do it ( l asked him if he would) and was professional, polite and YAY Coulter ! Next, we ended up buying a 2016 Escalade ESV (bigger version) and Bo gave me an overview of the car's features and I was very happy with his knowledge and willingness as well. They were both open to an appointment anytime that worked for me. Also, Tom Munoz came to my house two different times to program my garage door opener to the car. He was so flexible and willing to even come back again if there were any additional needs. Thank you all so much! More
Great Service! I recently had an accident in my Escalade where my driver's side mirror was damaged. I was referred to Mark Shillington, who ordered my new mirror ov I recently had an accident in my Escalade where my driver's side mirror was damaged. I was referred to Mark Shillington, who ordered my new mirror over the phone. When it came in, he was immediately able to install it. After it was installed, I took a road trip where I found the mirror was not properly sealed and air was leaking in. I called Mark and he had me run it over to the dealership to fix it. When I did, it was determined that more work to seal the mirror was needed, so I set up a time to take it back. When I returned, the work was completed. At every phase of this process, Mark was more than willing to do whatever it took to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. This is a perfect example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be. Kudos to MARK SHILLINGTON for knowing what a great customer experience should be!! More

Ed had a mechanic evalu Today I took my 2012 corvette into Coulter and dealt with Ed Stralko. My car had a strong smell of gas when the tank was full. Ed had a mechanic evaluate it. They located a leak within mins. Once I gave the okay to repair Ed went to work and located the rare tank. Within 3-4 hrs the vehicle was completed, washed and ready to go. I will not go anywhere else for my GM related repairs. More
