Their service department is the best in the city of Phoenix and the best I have EVER worked with. Kyle Berner has earned my loyalty as a customer many times over. He is very knowledgeable and very service-oriented. His team only completes the work that is necessary and he always makes me feel like a VIP. We will never buy a car anywhere else, and with the service plan I recently purchased, we will never get service anywhere else. Poor Reception My husband & I were originally referred to this dealership, since we have just retired & relocated permanently to Scottsdale. Our extended family always buys their vehicles here & recommended that we shop & service our new Cadillac at this Phoenix location. We decided that while we were downtown, my husband & I would explore the new 4-door CT 6 model, while we are having an oil change. We arrived to the dealership last Saturday. We pulled up onto the service lanes. Having been our first time to bring one of our vehicles here, we did not know that we had pulled into the wrong lane, closest to some offices. My husband realized this error, and we sat only for a couple of minutes to backup & go into one of the other lanes. A woman came out from a booth, and approached me on the passenger side. I rolled down my window, about to tell her we will be backing our car up, but instead she quickly tells me "You are doing this all WRONG!! You must enter THESE entry lanes!" (pointing to her left). I quickly apologized to her, and that we would make the correction. She asked, "What are we doing for you today?" I let her know that we are here to do an oil change. She rolled her eyes and under her breath said "Typical oil change" Then, rudely said..."That will take a long time, its best to come early in the morning. You need to get in line, then go wait in the lounge next to you" My husband said "No problem, Miss. We plan to walk around & look" She obviously looked like she did not like spending her Saturday here today. I asked my husband that we go finish the rest of our errands that day, and we could do an oil change & look at the CT 6 another day. I turned to the woman and say to her, as I look at her name badge. "I'm sorry for the confusion, Miss Gallagher, this is our first time here. We will instead come back during the week" She never smiled during her TALK with us, and was quick to turn her back without a word & walked away. I never would have expected this. I would like to let my family know the feeling of inconvience this woman made us feel. More

Great first experience with the Coulter Service Department I had a great experience with their service department. I bought a used CTS-V from a local high end used car dealer. There was a slight grinding in I had a great experience with their service department. I bought a used CTS-V from a local high end used car dealer. There was a slight grinding in the rear end that I thought a simple fluid change would fix. I made an appointment at Coulter a couple days after I bought the car for the fluid change. A couple hours later, after changing the fluid, they let me know that it needed a new differential. The car was still under the 5 year warranty. They didn't have an extra loaner, so they pulled a car off the lot with 11 miles on it for me to use. The door sills were even still wrapped in plastic. The same part had been on backorder for another customer two months. I drove the loaner for several weeks while I waited for the part to come in. Gary Shimp, my service advisor, gave me a call when the first customer's part did come in. Mine followed a week later. When I picked my car up, I wasn't charged for anything. Even though I had never been a Cadillac customer before and I had recently purchased the car used, Coulter, stood behind the warranty without any question. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I have had nothing but great experience with Coulter in the past. I talked Ed Stralko one of the Service Managers. He agreed to have their mechanics look at it and analyze the problem. It took them two days to get the needed parts but Ed stayed in contact the entire time and once they got the parts it was completed in amazingly quick fashion. While Ed was test driving the car he realized the drivers airbag light was coming on intermittently. They fixed that in less than an hour. Both problems were covered by warranty due to them being known recall problems. I will not take any GM vehicle I own now or in the future to anywhere but Coulter. More

Edward Stralko the Assistant Service Manager provided us with excellent service. We were a little nervous to take our 15 Corvette Stingray to a dealership, but Ed made the experience worry free. We will not hesitate to tell our friends and family about Ed and the Coulter dealership. Ed was very friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with a nice loaner Cadillac, kept us informed, and the car was finished on time. What more could you ask for. More

He checked my car, dead battery and promptly replaced it. He double checked my battery twice to make sure I wouldn't have any problems. He also gave me his card in case I have any further issues (battery, tire, etc.) So happy. More
