I took my car there b/c a piece was hanging under the car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airc car. They took it back and he called me hours later telling me there is a problem. He said the technician pierced one of the hoses leading to my airconditioner and now I had to pay $300-350.00 to pay for it. I asked why I would be responsible, he said, "The technician could have never known he would have pierced the hose when he fixed the piece. I tried contacting the Sales Department Manager: Jon Thorne but no one called me back. Now I am going to contact the General Sales Mgr: Robert D. Lund and the BBB. More

Excellent dealer with excellent service. The service writers are great but the general manager Mr Tony Komadina is an unkind, mean spirited man.
