Bo Sigler was awesome he took care of our Escalade. Didn’t realize we had come to the end of our warranty, he went through the vehicle from starboard to stern and make sure everything was perfect. My 1st XT6 special ordered loaded. We couldn't decide on monochrome emblems. Bill D was our salesman and said they could put on when car arrives from factory. The service dept. used a METAL SCREWDRIVER ap monochrome emblems. Bill D was our salesman and said they could put on when car arrives from factory. The service dept. used a METAL SCREWDRIVER apparently to pry off the hatch emblem, 2nd row bucket seat has deep dimples in back rest, broke the clips for the inside panels o hatch around window, huge gouges on edges which were then blotted with lumpy paint, gray smears on driver and 2nd row bucket seat and absolutely heartbroken. I have dated pictures to show and also sent to salesman since I was crushed they damaged my new car. Did I mention they had 10 days before we were back in town to do the exchange of emblems?? Dealership had car for 7 days, only fixed 1 panel click and not both. Paint has dirt and bumps in it which isn't hard to see. Now, they want it back again to repaint, recover seat since that didn't come in yet and finish clips on panel??? My heart is saying NOT to let them touch this car again - More

After purchase support for a not-so-knowledgeable owner I had a great experience with Allen Hall buying my GMC Canyon at Coulter and outstanding service from Kyle Berner when I took it in for routine servic I had a great experience with Allen Hall buying my GMC Canyon at Coulter and outstanding service from Kyle Berner when I took it in for routine service . So I have had high expectations every time I visited Coulter. After lending my Canyon to a friend so he could move some stuff, I noticed something wrong with the staring. I feared collision damage or an alignment problem so I took it in. Kyle greeted with a smile as usual and told me to take it easy in the lounge for a few minutes. He had the alignment checked twice and then personally test drove it. He reported to me with an even bigger smile that the problem was that the 4-wheel drive had been engaged in the high speed mode. No charge for the trouble shooting and I left Coulter with a great big smile on my fact. Thanks Kyle. More

We will never buy a car anywhere else, and with the service plan I recently purchased, we will never get service anywhere else. The only regret I have is not giving Coulter Cadillac the chance to take care of our fleet sooner than I did.
