We had our caddy in for some body work and the results were amazing. Without any repainting all of the damage was gone. They also did a detail that brought our car back to looking like new again. We were so impressed with the quality of the work that we had them detail our other two Cadillac’s and the results were just as wonderful. One car is black and had bad damage from an amateur polish job and another shop said it could not be fixed without repainting. But after the detail work, it’s looking like new again. We will be bringing all of our cars here from now on. Russ in the body shop really did us right and the price was way less than we expected for the quality of work performed. The wheels were stolen off my Escalade after the criminals disarmed the alarm system. Bob Westerholm, who I worked with the most, and John Jury were working with me to prevent the disarming in the criminals disarmed the alarm system. Russ was very gracious and came to the Tempe location to perform the estimate. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and despite the insurance snafus. Over two years ago, I had repairs done to my vehical due to a rear end collision. Shortly after the repairs were completed, I was transfered to the Dallas area. After a very rainy week I noticed that my tru to a rear end collision. Shortly after the repairs were completed, I was transfered to the Dallas area. After a very rainy week I noticed that my trunk had a foul smell and discovered almost 1/2" of water had collected in my spare wheel well. I called Robert and he assured me that my repairs were guarenteed. When I returned to Phoenix area, I brought my vehical back to Coulter and they made it RIGHT! I highly recommend them.
