My wife was promised that the labour to replace our right rear Saturn taillight would be at a very low price. Imagine my surprise when I was told that the labour would be comped on the Saturn because of our previous visit where we had its fuel pump replaced! When it comes time for a respray on our Saturn, I will definitely get an estimate from them and have all of my oil changes done there. This is why they have been in business so long. More

The service was excellent...I arrived mid-afternoon, and because the work couldn't be completed that day, I was given a beautiful loaner car. The next day, I was contacted when my vehicle was ready -- ahead of the projected time -- and was treated so nicely when I returned to the dealership. When I arrived, my representative, Kent Scott, was busy with another customer, and I must have been approached by three or four other service representatives offering help while I was waiting. The experience with Coulter couldn't have been better, and I thank them so much for taking such good care of a visitor to their beautiful city. More
