I purchased my new SRX in the Spring of 2010 from Coulter Cadillac. At the time I was quite satisfied with the quality of the vehicle, the sales team, and the subsequent service. I moved to Denver, Co. in the Fall of 2010 and had occasion to seek service at my local Cadillac dealer, Rickenbacher Cadillac. All service was performed flawlessly thanks to service director, Norm. When I had a problem with the chrome finish on my wheels and lower trim, I personally contacted the service manager, Blaze. He patiently listened to my concerns and told me he would contact the regional Cadillac representative and get back to me promptly. Several days later, Blaze called me and informed me that Cadillac would replace all of the parts in question at their expense where ever I would like the service performed. As I had returned the vehicle to Phoenix, I elected to have my original dealership, Coulter Cadillac, do the work. I contacted Coulter Cadillac Service Manager, Jon Thorne, who entrusted this task to his ever able assistant, Ed Stralko. As all Cadillac personnel preceding him, Ed was extremely professional and to the utmost helpful. He continued to make this entire process as easy on me as possible, demonstrating that the total Cadillac experience is luxury, from the quality of the product, to the exceptional customer service. I purchased my 09 Corvette from Coulter so I took it back there when I needed some warranty work. I had a wonderful experience with Coulter Cadillac the week prior. From the time of my phone call to inquire for an appointment time and service, the receptionist was very polite and anxious to help me, u week prior. From the time of my phone call to inquire for an appointment time and service, the receptionist was very polite and anxious to help me, upon me telling her about my challenege she confirmed that they would absolutely get me in right away as this was an emergency. I spoke with my service rep Mr. Joe Helms who was very coruteous and professional and assured me I was in good hands and they would figure out what was wrong with my vehichle. He was kind enought o extend an offer for the complimentary multi point inspection in which I had inquired about as this was an offer for the week following which I had recieved via the mail, and was glad he honored this while also providing me with a free emergency kit. He checked in with me regularly throughout the day to let me know how things were looking and let me know where they were at in the process of testing the car for various problems. I took the shuttle service provided by Coulter to work and found Chase to be very charming, and quite a gentleman. Chris picked me up from work that evening and was nothing less than kind and professional. both of them made the drive to retrieve my car very enjoyable and they both are so respectful & reliable. I have always gone to the Tempe dealership in which I love working with Glenn Cabel as he is phenomenal, however due to geographical reasons have now begun servicing my vehichle at Coulter Cadillac, and am very pleased that the service is just as top notch as it has been at the Tempe Coulter. I will definitely be back. More
OK, my Escalade had a problem. The "Service Engine Soon" light comes on. Every two weeks, I go to an out-of-town project and I was back in with the same problem. This time they kept the vehical for a week and did not charge me a dime. Joe told me that he is confident that they have solved the problem, but if I have the same problem whai I go back to visit my project, bring it back and they will keep working on it. last week when I brought it back for the fourth time, I could tell that Joe was very upset because he expects better for his customers. I really appreciate Joe. More
I went into service to replace some cadillac emblems on my husbands Escalade and Ed Stralko was great. After a left there I had some lights come on regarding stability and brakes on my dash. He sent out a tech to meet me right away and although the tech could not help me, it was great. I brought in the next morning and he got it right in and fixed within 30 minutes. After I was involved in an accident, I decided to bring my vehicle to Colter Cadillac in Phoenix, AZ. I chose to use their body shop since I have used their Service Center in the past for regular maintenance on my vehicle and have had a positive experience with them. All I can say is WOW! My body shop advisor, Bob Westerholm, took care of me from the very beginning to the end with the customer service care that far exceeded my expectations. At first I was skeptical if my vehicle would ever look like new again. I have an 09' Pontiac G8 GT with many aftermarket additions to it which were damaged in the accident. The passenger side of my vehicle was damaged from the front to the rear bumper including my aftermarket wheels. During the time my vehicle was being repaired, Mr. Westerholm contacted me several times to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle. My vehicle was complete in about two weeks and it looked like my vehicle was never in an accident! The color matching of the paint used was an exact match with no color differential at all, my aftermarket 20" wheels were repaired and put into specs so I have no vibrations when I drive. Also the body work was done to perfection! I don't know how their body shop was able to do it...but they did with flying colors! Much kudos to Bob and his crew! Colter Cadillac is a reputable body shop which provided me with great service and I highly recommend to bring your vehicle here if any work needs to be done as the service and the quality of work is top notch. I was looking for a new Key Fob for my 98 corvette but I didnt want to pay a fortune. I looked on ebay and found about 6 of them listed. 3 were used and the people wanted 70 or bucks for them! One looked l didnt want to pay a fortune. I looked on ebay and found about 6 of them listed. 3 were used and the people wanted 70 or bucks for them! One looked like it was found on the hiway and run over a few times. The other 3 were "new" from different vendors on ebay and they wanted between 119 and 170 for them. I then went on the national corvette forum and found a couple vendors that sold GM parts at discounted prices. They wanted 72 to 80 bucks for genuine GM parts. I was just about to pull the trigger and thought I would ask the folks on our local ACE corvette forum and see if they knew of anywhere I could get one local because I would rather have my money go to a local shop. Ed from Coulter stepped up and said he could match what the national vendors could do. Thats all I needed to hear. He ordered it right away and the deal was done! A big thank you goes out to Ed and the way he stepped up to help me out. Just in time to! My old key fob cracked the rest of the way across the back and is ready for the trash can. The next time I need something for my vette I will come to Ed first. More
