I am 85 years old and have puchased and driven General Motors Cars all my life. My current Cadillac I purchased from Coulter Cadillac. Our salesman was Bill Jurczak who I have recommeded to many of my fr Motors Cars all my life. My current Cadillac I purchased from Coulter Cadillac. Our salesman was Bill Jurczak who I have recommeded to many of my friends. Recently a women backed into my car damaging the right front door. I visited with Bill and he said that the Coulter Body shop is by far better than any in the area. I enter the Body Shop and a very pleasant young lady named Amy Mulstay greeted me immediately. She looked at the damage and said she will make a preliminary estimate. She escorted my wife and I to the lounge to have coffee and donuts. When she returned I told her that we were in a parking lot at the hospital and the lady admitted that she did not look back to see that the area was clear. She said that she just purchased new insurance and did not want to use her insurance. She said she would pay for the damage with her credit card. From that point on I knew I was in good hands. Amy telephoned the lady and got the information necessary for payment Amy took charge and did eveything that was needed and she truly was wonderful. I was called when the repairs were completed and I again have my beautiful Cadillac. The repares, the painting and the cleaning of the car was absolutely terific.
